★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Estou indignada com esse lugar! Liguei mês passado pra agendar ginecologista, que seria hj dia 28/07, e chegando lá a recepcionista me informou que não tem nada marcado! O atendimento médico é muito bom! Mas pra agendar uma consulta pelo telefone é uma eternidade!!!! Demora demais e agora mais essa, vc agenda mas eles não agendam! E esse chat que começa atender as 8h e são 8 33 e já consta atendimento encerrado????GENTE QUANDO AGENDAR CONSULTA NESSE LUGAR, LIGUEM ANTES PRA CONFIRMAR! PRA NÃO PERDE SEU TEMPO E NEM PERDER DIA DE TRABALHO!!!!

I called last month to schedule a gynecologist, which would be today on 07/28, and arriving there, the receptionist informed me that there is nothing scheduled! The medical care is very good! But to schedule an appointment over the phone is an eternity!!!! It takes too long and now this one, you schedule but they don't schedule! And this chat that starts at 8 am and there are 8 33 and the service is already closed???? PEOPLE WHEN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IN THIS PLACE, CALL BEFORE TO CONFIRM! TO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR WASTE WORK DAY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo eles dizem que o retorno é de 15 dias, mas disseram que o médico não estaria na outra semana, e se eu quisesse retornar teria que ser com 7 dias e não deu tempo de fazer os exames, por fim, de eu quiser mostrar os exames para o médico terei que pagar outra consulta, e quando ligamos dizem que não podem fazer nada, péssimo atendimento!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei na ginecologista dia 12.02, ela pediu vários exames para fazer, que os resultados saem com um pouco mais de 20 dias devido ter biopsia, liguei para agendar o retorno e fui informada, que o retorno é até dia 15, caso passe preciso pagar como uma nova consulta, somente 15 dias para um retorno médico??? Um absurdo, querem ganhar as nossas custas.

Passei a consulta da minha filha pelo convênio, e eles automaticamente cobram o valor da consulta, mais retorno. Mas aí passaram a não atender mais o nosso plano, e não quiseram permitir ela fazer o retorno, que já havia sido cobrado pelo convênio.
Fora isso, preparem mirra e cabras para fazer o pagamento pois, não aceitam cartão (nem débito nem crédito) e nem pix. Totalmente atrasados no tempo ou sei lá..
