★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa maternidade é péssima, fui tratada super mal, fui de madrugada, ate dizer que era mentira o que eu tava sentindo e passando o médico disse, ainda tive que escutar de uma pessoa que gravidez não é doença fazendo pouco caso do que eu estava sentindo, a pessoa que me deu alta foi super atenciosa comigo, o tratamento deve diferenciar de plantão. Voltei para casa do mesmo jeito que sair não adiantou de nada eu ter ido.
 This maternity is terrible, I was treated very badly, I went at dawn, even saying that it was a lie what I was feeling and the doctor said, I still had to hear from a person that pregnancy is not a disease, ignoring what I was feeling , the person who discharged me was super attentive to me, the treatment must be different on duty. I came home the same way that leaving did not help that I went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei mais de 4 horas pra minha irmã poder passar por um profissional, chegamos as 4 da tarde, minha irmã com febre, tinha acabado de descobrir que tava gestante de gêmeos e ela com medo porque até então tinha um DIU, estávamos com medo do Diu perfurar algum órgão dela. Ela só foi atendida depois da troca de plantão às mais de 20hs. No final das contas ela foi transferida pra o hospital Agamenon Magalhães outro absurdo foi a enfermeira que nos levou que deixou eu minha irmã do lado de fora do hospital e mandou a gente entrar no hospital e procurar a emergência. Atendimento pouco profissional acredito.
I spent more than 4 hours for my sister to be able to see a professional, we arrived at 4 pm, my sister had a fever, I had just found out that she was pregnant with twins and she was afraid because until then she had an IUD, we were afraid of the IUD pierce some organ of hers. She was only attended to after the shift change at more than 8 pm. In the end, she was transferred to the Agamenon Magalhães hospital, another absurdity was the nurse who took us there, who left my sister outside the hospital and told us to go into the hospital and look for the emergency. Unprofessional service I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar, tive minha filha lá em abril de 2021, o médico que me atendeu foi atencioso e a médica da troca de plantão tbm, as enfermeiras, o maqueiro, as meninas do banco de leite, todos nós trataram muito bem, meu marido assistiu o parto, a comida é boa, minha filha teve icterícia e tivemos que ficar mais dias ko banho de luz, essa ala tbm é bem atendida, saiu vacinada e com teste de pezinho, coração e orelhinha. Só não tem muitas poltronas pra os acompanhantes, alguns ficam em cadeiras de plástico e não pode subir com as bolsas, tem que ser em sacos transparentes, fora isso gostei muito de lá.
I have nothing to complain about, I had my daughter there in April 2021, the doctor who saw me was attentive and the doctor who changed the shift too, the nurses, the stretcher-bearer, the girls from the milk bank, we all treated us very well, my husband attended the delivery, the food is good, my daughter had jaundice and we had to stay more days in the light bath, this ward is also well attended, came out vaccinated and with a foot, heart and ear test. There aren't many seats for the companions, some are in plastic chairs and you can't go up with the bags, it has to be in transparent bags, other than that I really liked it there.

Obs: somente a parte do acompanhante deixa muito a desejar, a falta de uma poltrona confortável, pois ter que ficar em uma cadeira de plástico por 3 dias isso e desumano.

Note: only the part of the companion leaves much to be desired, the lack of a comfortable armchair, as having to stay in a plastic chair for 3 days is inhumane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 16/04/22 sai de Candeias e cheguei à maternidade com mts dores, com 40 semanas e 4 dias de gestação. Fui prontamente atendida e, como descobriram que já estava com 9cm de dilatação, fui direto pra sala de pré parto. Tive minha filha de parto normal e não fiquei sozinha nem um instante. A equipe que ajudou trazer minha menina ao mundo foi maravilhosa! Durante a internação, já nos alojamentos, houveram alguns atrasos com a liberação da alta e a aplicação das vacinas, mas isso não desabona em nada o atendimento na unidade. O atendimento, no geral, superou muito minhas expectativas. Todos os profissionais foram muito atenciosos e presentes. A alimentação fornecida é muito boa também, nem parece comida de hospital. Só tenho a agradecer a Deus por ter me direcionado para lá. Gratidão à toda a equipe do Bandeira Filho. ❤❤❤❤❤

On 04/16/22 I left Candeias and arrived at the maternity hospital with a lot of pain, with 40 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy. I was promptly attended and, as they discovered that I was already 9cm dilated, I went straight to the pre-delivery room. I gave birth to my daughter naturally and I was not alone for a moment. The team that helped bring my little girl into the world was wonderful! During hospitalization, already in the accommodation, there were some delays with the release of discharge and the application of vaccines, but this does not detract from the service in the unit. Overall, the service far exceeded my expectations. All professionals were very attentive and present. The food provided is very good too, it doesn't even look like hospital food. I just have to thank God for directing me there. Gratitude to the entire Bandeira Filho team. ❤❤❤❤❤
