Infelizmente passei a ter muitos problemas no momento de sair do imóvel que aluguel por 1 ano com eles. Sempre fui uma inquilina tranquila e sempre paguei meu aluguel corretamente (antecipadamente inclusive).
Quando resolvi sai do imóvel, com 1 ano de contrato avisei via WhatsApp e email em 03/03 que sairia do imóvel até dia 26/03, a resposta que tive foi que avisariam o proprietário e fariam o cálculo da multa rescisória, pois bem, sai do imóvel no dia 24/03 e entreguei as chaves no dia 25/03 a pessoa que me atendeu só pegou as chaves e nada me falou, achei estranho e resolvi mandar um WhatsApp para informar que havia entregue as chaves, para a minha surpresa uma pessoa (que nunca se identificou quando falou comigo), disse que não era esse o procedimento que eu deveria ter pedido para falar com ela (difícil né? já que eu nem sabia quem era) que deveria ter sido agendado uma vistoria entre outras coisas ( o que me intriga é porque não agendaram antes? sendo que sabiam que eu iria rescindir o contrato), pois bem, solicitei então que agendassem para segunda dia 28/03 pois estava de licença do trabalho e poderia comparecer, o que fizeram ?? agendaram para terça dia 29/03 SEM ME COMUNICAR. Realizada a vistoria sem a minha presença apontaram diversos problemas que eu deveria arrumar, apesar de não concordar com algumas coisas faria o conserto mesmo assim, só que eu já havia entregue as chaves para eles, dessa forma meu marido foi retirá-las para que pudéssemos realizar os consertos e ninguém se quer teve o respeito de atendê-lo, informaram que a responsável estava em reunião(agora me falem que empresa tem apenas 1 funcionário responsável por algo ??) pois bem mais nada sobre isso foi falado por eles, eis que hoje após 1 mês e 10 que sai da casa recebo um boleto com a cobrança de materiais e mão de obra no valor de $1400 sem nota fiscal de nada e com vencimento para amanhã!
Ou seja, me enviam um boleto sem comunicação prévia, sem que me dessem a oportunidade de realizar orçamentos, ou realizar os reparos eu mesma, e ainda com vencimento para o dia seguinte, é para prejudicar mesmo né? Isso é atitude de uma empresa de boa fé????
Repito que em nenhum momento me neguei a realizar nenhum reparo, agiram pelas minhas costas. Comunicação e agir com transparência não é com eles não.

Unfortunately I started to have a lot of problems when leaving the property that I rent for 1 year with them. I've always been a quiet tenant and I've always paid my rent correctly (in advance, even).
When I decided to leave the property, with 1 year of contract I warned via WhatsApp and email on 03/03 that I would leave the property until the 26/03th, the answer I got was that they would notify the owner and calculate the termination fine, well, I left the property on 03/24 and handed over the keys on 03/25 the person who answered me just took the keys and said nothing to me, I found it strange and decided to send a WhatsApp to inform that I had delivered the keys, to my surprise a person (who never identified himself when he spoke to me), said that this was not the procedure I should have asked to talk to her (difficult right? since I didn't even know who it was) that an inspection should have been scheduled, among other things (What intrigues me is why they didn't schedule it before? since they knew I would terminate the contract), well, I asked them to schedule it for Monday 03/28 because I was on leave from work and could attend, what did they do?? scheduled for Tuesday 29/03th WITHOUT COMMUNICATING ME. After the inspection was carried out without my presence, they pointed out several problems that I should fix, despite not agreeing with some things, I would do the repair anyway, only that I had already given them the keys, so my husband went to remove them so we could carry out the repairs and nobody even had the respect to attend to him, they informed that the person in charge was in a meeting (now tell me that the company has only 1 employee responsible for something??) that today after 1 month and 10 that I leave the house I receive a bill with the charge of materials and labor in the amount of $ 1400 without invoice of anything and due tomorrow!
In other words, they send me a bill without prior communication, without giving me the opportunity to make budgets, or carry out the repairs myself, and still due for the next day, it's really to harm, right? Is this an attitude of a company in good faith????
I repeat that at no time did I refuse to make any repairs, they acted behind my back. Communication and acting with transparency is not for them.
