★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentaram cobrar duas vezes a mão de obra de troca de amortecedores, sendo que para trocar os batentes, já era necessário tirar os amortecedores, e para trocar o coxim do motor, tiraram a buzina do carro e deixaram jogada em cima da tampa de válvula, reclamei e não deram a mínima atenção. Não recomendo.
They tried to charge twice the labor for changing the dampers, and to change the stops, it was already necessary to remove the dampers, and to change the engine pad, they removed the car horn and left it on top of the valve cover, I complained and they didn't pay the slightest attention. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência e não recomendo a ninguém.
Fui no mês passado para trocar o amortecedor do carro, levei as peças então foi cobrado apenas a mão de obra, que foi feita de qualquer jeito.
Após o serviço o carro ficou fazendo muito barulho ao andar, então levamos novamente no Matrix e um rapaz informou que o para-choque estava solto e que não tinha nada a ver com o amortecedor. Levei então em duas oficinas que me informaram que não havia nenhum problema no para-choque e sim no amortecedor que parecia estar solto. Levei então outra vez no Matrix e me passaram que o problema era no coxim e que teria que trocar a peça e seria cobrado o valor da mão de obra.
Fui novamente em outra oficina e fizeram o aperto da peça do amortecedor que matrix não fez direito e nem me cobraram nada pelo serviço.
Resumindo eles nem sabem o problema e vão inventando coisa no carro pra fazer.
Pena que não vi os comentários se não nem teria levado a primeira vez!!
I had a bad experience and I don't recommend it to anyone.
I went last month to change the car's shock absorber, I took the parts so I was only charged for the labor, which was done anyway.
After the service, the car was making a lot of noise when walking, so we took it back to the Matrix and a guy informed that the bumper was loose and that it had nothing to do with the shock absorber. So I took it to two workshops that informed me that there was no problem with the bumper, but with the shock absorber that seemed to be loose. So I took it again to Matrix and they told me that the problem was with the cushion and that I would have to change the part and would be charged the cost of labor.
I went again to another workshop and they tightened the damper part that Matrix didn't do right and they didn't charge me anything for the service.
In short, they don't even know the problem and start inventing things in the car to do it.
Too bad I didn't see the comments otherwise I wouldn't have taken it the first time!!

Não inventaram problema para faturar, muito pelo contrário deram uma sugestão para evitar manutenção e gasto desnecessário.
Já solicitei um novo orçamento para outro problema só por essa atitude que demonstra o profissionalismo da equipe.
