Entrei em contato com o salão para fazer um procedimento e marcaram para que avaliassem meu cabelo na terça às 18:30.
Fui e fiquei esperando por mais de meia hora meu atendimento..
Como ninguém veio me falar sobre o atraso, fui até o recepcionista que me informou que o cabeleireiro atrasou e iria demorar mais 15min.
Fui ao salão pela primeira vez e fiquei totalmente decepcionada com a recepção do mesmo..não volto e não indico.

I contacted the salon to have a procedure and they arranged to have my hair evaluated on Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
I went and was waiting for more than half an hour for my service ..
As no one came to tell me about the delay, I went to the receptionist who informed me that the hairdresser was late and would take another 15 minutes.
I went to the salon for the first time and I was totally disappointed with the reception ... I will not be back and I do not recommend it.

Conheci a Matsunos Cabeleireiros Conceito em São José dos Campos/SP, passei previamente numa avaliação capilar, e em 16 de julho de 2021, fiz a plástica dos fios com a Tati e o corte com o Fábio, ficou tudo muito bem feito.
Devido ao serviço bem-feito, retornei em 19 de novembro de 2021, para fazer os mesmos procedimentos, fiz a plástica dos fios, mas percebi que o produto não era o mesmo, já que dessa vez senti ardência nos olhos, fato que não ocorreu da primeira vez.
Depois fiz o corte no cabelo com o Fábio, lá o cabelo parecia bom, pelo efeito da plástica nos fios, hoje 14 de dezembro de 2021, menos de um mês o frizz voltou, e o cabelo ficou cheio de "gatinhos" usado nos anos 70 para cabelos femininos, a plástica nos fios não durou como na primeira vez, que ficou bom por 4 meses de julho a novembro, agora em menos de um mês desfez, e o frizz voltou, a palavra que resume tudo é DECEPÇÃO, pois gostei muito da Tati e do Fábio, por isso dou 3 estrelas pela cordialidade que sempre pontuou o atendimento.

Then I had the haircut with Fábio, the hair looked good there, due to the plastic effect on the strands, today December 14, 2021, less than a month the frizz came back, and the hair was full of "kittens" used in the years 70 for female hair, the plastic in the wires did not last like the first time, which was good for 4 months from July to November, now it undone in less than a month, and the frizz is back, the word that sums it up is DISAPPOINTMENT, because I liked it a lot from Tati and Fábio, that's why I give it 3 stars for the friendliness that always marked the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olhar o cliente da cabeça aos pés (cabelereiro) e não atender o que ja estava agendado alegando que estava ocupado e que eu cheguei atrasada (5 min foi muito, e avisei), no mínimo é um péssimo estabelecimento, não voltei e não indico.
