Contando hoje com 15 unidades, o restaurante Matsuya tem por filosofia servir produtos de primeira qualidade. Sempre com decoração típica e aconchegante, as casas possuem um Sushi Bar que permite aos clientes observar como está sendo preparada a refeição. No Matsuya, a estrela da casa são os pratos!
Totalmente profissionalizado, o restaurante incorporou novos métodos de preparo e reestruturou seu ambiente, para melhor acomodar o maior volume de clientes. Em janeiro de 2008 foi inaugurada a unidade da Aclimação, cuidadosamente tratada como uma “extensão” da unidade Vila Mariana, para acolher também sua crescente demanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cost-benefit in a Japanese "rodízio" in São Paulo. The temakis are generous and full. The sashimi is finely cut and with good quality fish. Parking is available, but expensive. The place gets packed during the weekends, and the price skyrockets, but a mid-week lunch will run you about 40 Reais. Drinks are expensive, even water is almost 5 Reais. Recommended for those who are hungry for Japanese, and don't feel like paying the extortionate amounts charged in a la carte restaurants.

The quality did not follow the same trend.
Service is becoming a nightmare. A lot of time to deliver the different plates ordered. Some lates 30 minutes to arrive in our tale.
Children above 8 years old pay as an adult.
There are better options in the city.
Never more I will go back!
