★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bons pela carteira de imóveis que possuem na cidade e pela equipe administrativa, mas acaba ai. Eu alerto para quem deseja fazer negócio com eles que a falta de controle, falta de processos, de gerenciamento e de clareza nas negociações (nem todas as cartas são colocadas à mesa) comprometem e muito a qualidade final.
Poucas vezes eu perdi a paciência em minha vida como já ocorreu, infelizmente, com esse escritório (até me excedi, fui grosseiro e claramente precisei me desculpar com uma funcionária, pois não foi correto de minha parte).
No entanto diferente de mim, o escritório não reconhece erros quando os comete (para eles é "apenas" uma falha que não prejudica ninguém ) e claramente "defendem os interesses de seus investidores" (palavras da própria empresa/gerência). Uma pena. Só posso alertar a quem procura um imóvel para que tenham cuidado e pesquisem. Existem outras imobiliárias na cidade. Talvez seja bom pedir referências (muitas) e até checar a existência de processos judiciais. Nós infelizmente não fizemos isso! Busquem outras opções antes de decidir.
 Very good for the portfolio of properties that they have in the city and for the administrative team, but it ends there. I warn anyone who wants to do business with them that the lack of control, lack of processes, management and clarity in the negotiations (not all cards are put at the table) compromise the final quality a lot.
Few times have I lost patience in my life as has already happened, unfortunately, with this office (I even went overboard, I was rude and clearly had to apologize to an employee, as it was not correct on my part).
However unlike me, the firm does not recognize mistakes when it makes them (for them it is "just" a failure that does not harm anyone) and clearly "defends the interests of its investors" (words of the company / management itself). A feather. I can only alert those looking for a property to be careful and research. There are other real estate agencies in the city. It may be good to ask for references (many) and even check for legal proceedings. We unfortunately didn't do that! Look for other options before deciding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um contrato de locação recentemente e me atenderam muito bem. Tinha urgência e consegui mudar na data almejada. Precisei de manutenção no controle do portão e vieram no mesmo dia. No decorrer do contrato e no fim da locação volto para atualizar/enfatizar a avaliação.
I closed a lease recently and they took care of me very well. There was urgency and I managed to change on the desired date. I needed maintenance at the gate control and they came the same day. During the contract and at the end of the lease, I return to update/emphasize the assessment.

Mas se atentem ao máximo na vistoria de entrada , pois para entrar no imóvel ha um critério de avaliação de pintura , e estado geral do imóvel que não é o mesmo que na saída , pois alegam que são vistoriadores diferentes .
Então tomem cuidado senão terão que reformar o imóvel .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofrimento, vistoria de entrada não a mesma da saída. Vistoria de saída o inquilino e o fiador tem que estar presente de boca fechada,a vistoria de entrada eles que fazem . Bem doriso lidar com essa imobiliária. Fiquei até doente. Só sofrimento ? péssima.
