They never answer the phone, they don't send a payment slip to pay for the website, it doesn't work. Home is always in a bad state and they don't care about renovations.

Bad experience. I wanted to rent a house with them, they answer on whatsapp with extreme ill will and that's when they answer, because they love to leave you talking to yourself. I'd rather look for another realtor than do business with them.
