★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para a primeira experiência minha, foi um péssimo atendimento. Solicitamos com 2 dias de antecedência com o combinado de entregar em determinado horário. O bolo não chegou, ligamos e não atenderam o telefone, pelo WhatsApp só responderam que estava finalizando. Tive que me deslocar até o local, chegando lá o mesmo ainda não estava feito. No estabelecimento só informarmavam que estava finalizando. Funcionário no local, com reclamações contra a própria empresa. Pessoas chegando também com o mesmo tipo de reclamação (devido a demora). Finalizando o bolo era para ser entregue as 17:30, o mesmo só foi entregue as 20:45, isso sendo aniversário de criança. Finalizando, notamos a falta de planejamento, e de comunicação entre os próprios funcionários e o desrespeito com o cliente. Isso não e culpa dos funcionários, e sim da gestão.
For my first experience, it was a terrible service. We request 2 days in advance with the agreed to deliver at a certain time. The cake didn't arrive, we called and they didn't answer the phone, through WhatsApp they only replied that it was finishing. I had to travel to the place, getting there, it was not done yet. In the establishment only informed that it was finishing. On-site employee with complaints against the company itself. People also arriving with the same type of complaint (due to delay). Finally, the cake was to be delivered at 5:30 pm, it was only delivered at 8:45 pm, this being a child's birthday. Finally, we note the lack of planning and communication between the employees themselves and the disrespect for the customer. This is not the employees' fault, but the management's.
