★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de me tornar aluna e gosto muito do atendimento, dos professores, da ajuda e principalmente deles sempre reforçarem os canais de atendimento para os alunos. Espero que tudo continue assim, porque estou gostando muito.
 I just became a student and I really like the service, the teachers, the help and especially they always reinforce the service channels for the students. I hope everything stays that way, because I'm really enjoying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou Aluno EAD pagando R$ 160,10 no atendimento eles preferem tentar conseguir um aluno novo, do que permanecer com o que já está(Eu) dando o desconto, Solicitei o cancelamento, atendimento péssimo. E nunca podem resolver nada.
I'm an EAD Student paying R$ 160.10 in service they prefer to try to get a new student, than stay with what is already (I) giving the discount, I requested cancellation, terrible service. And they can never solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zeroooo, atendimento péssimo, curso de psicologia não tem coordenador, se existe superior ao coordenador do curso de psicologia, ninguém tem acesso, sem falar que Nassau não está cumprindo com o contrato, nada de aulas presenciais.
Não tem estágio, não tem clínica própria, e turmas superlotadas.

Extremamente insatisfeita.
Zero grade, terrible service, psychology course has no coordinator, if there is a superior to the psychology course coordinator, no one has access, not to mention that Nassau is not complying with the contract, no face-to-face classes.
There is no internship, no clinic of its own, and overcrowded classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para te fazer virar aluno o atendimento é incrível depois que você se torna aluno você é esquecido. Atendimento é um lixo, você tenta todos os canais e quando cansa e vai ao polo meia dúzia de funcionários que só respondem "vou verificar com o coordenador do seu curso", coisa que a gente já sabe.
Atendimento lixo mas o boleto todo mês chega na data, a única coisa que não falha.
To make you become a student, the service is incredible after you become a student you are forgotten. Service is rubbish, you try all the channels and when you get tired half a dozen employees go to the center who just answer "I'll check with your course coordinator", which we already know.
Rubbish service but the boleto every month arrives on the date, the only thing that doesn't fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CRA não resolve nada nem por telefone nem por chamado no portal, a ouvidoria nem deveria existir pois o controle de qualidade passa longe, estou a 15 dias sem estudar por nigligencia da Instituição. Já reclamei em tudo que é redes sociais, reclameaqui, sites de bolsas, ouvidoria CRA, Procon e nada, decepcionado como tratam os alunos.

CRA doesn't solve anything either by phone or by calling the portal, the ombudsman shouldn't even exist because the quality control goes far, I'm 15 days without studying due to negligence of the Institution. I've complained on everything social networks, complain here, scholarship sites, CRA ombudsman, Procon and nothing, disappointed in how they treat students.

Local sem segurança, com riscos de assaltos constantes, pois as entradas ao invés de usar a avenidas usaram ruas escuras e sem movimento.
Coordenação dos cursos são fantoches da instituição, não se iludam que eles nem prestam atenção aos que os alunos solicitam.
Propaganda enganosa, prometem o céu para que você entre e depois transformam a sua vida estudantil no inferno. Entrar em fácil, permanecer é uma batalha e sair com seu Diploma tem que vencer a guerra contra a instituição.

Coordination of courses are puppets of the institution, do not be fooled that they do not pay attention to what students request.
False advertising, they promise you heaven to get in and then turn your student life into hell. Getting in easy, staying is a battle and getting out with your Diploma has to win the war against the institution.

Aí eles vão responder a avaliação para entrar em contato e tentar resolver, como tem várias assim. Mas é mentira, eles não resolvem nada, o coordenador do curso não responde os e-mails e nem atende as ligações. FUJAM dela!!!! Eu me arrependi de não ter visto as avaliações antes de fazer minha matrícula. ESSA UNIVERSIDADE NÃO PRESTA E DEVERIA DEIXAR DE EXISTIR, O MEC DEVE REVER ESSA APROVAÇÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pra todos os serviços. No início da pandemia lançaram uma promoção de 12x R$99,90 a pós graduação e agora após a finalização do curso estão me cobrando mais 7 parcelas. Não me disponibilizam o contrato vinculado ao meu nome, não me disponibilizaram nem mesmo meu certificado após a conclusão. Não respondem WhatsApp, e-mail, os chamados na plataforma. Já fui presencialmente e não obtive nenhuma resposta relevante. Uninassau está sendo minha pior experiência com a universidade.
Bad service for all services. At the beginning of the pandemic, they launched a promotion of 12 x R$99.90 to graduate and now after the course is finished they are charging me 7 more installments. They do not provide me with the contract linked to my name, they did not even provide me with my certificate after completion. They do not respond to WhatsApp, email, calls on the platform. I went in person and didn't get any relevant answer. Uninassau has been my worst experience with the university.
