★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam o cliente. Entrei e vi o balcão vazio.. pedi para imprimir apenas 1 folha. Fiquei quase 20 minutos esperando a boa vontade do rapaz imprimir e saí de lá sem fazer a impressão. Descaso total!
They do not respect the customer. I entered and saw the empty counter .. I asked to print only 1 sheet. I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for the boy's good will to print, and I left without printing. Total neglect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei quase meia hora para ser atendido e passaram uma cliente na minha frente. São desorganizados no atendimento. E mesmo depois de observarem o erro não se desculparam e se mantiveram errando inclusive a cliente não se dignou a ceder o lugar que havia sido roubado. Por essas e outras que o Brasil não vai pra frente. Lamentável!
I waited almost half an hour to be seen and a client passed by me. They are disorganized in attendance. And even after observing the error, they did not apologize and kept making mistakes even the client did not deign to give up the place that had been stolen. For these and others that Brazil does not go forward. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar uma encadernação hoje (30/11/18) e realizam a encadernação de forma porca! As páginas estão totalmente desalinhadas e com algumas, inclusive, com a furação encostando na borda!
Só fui perceber quando cheguei em casa pois, na minha inocência, não pensei que conseguiriam errar tanto numa encadernação... Infelizmente moro longe da Max Digital para poder ir reclamar pessoalmente e exigir uma nova impressão e encadernação do livro (que possuía mais de 300 páginas!), mas deixo minha ressalva para todos!
Procurem um lugar melhor para fazer seus serviços e, se caso for impossível realizar em outro lugar a não ser lá confira todos os detalhes do serviço, pois os mesmo colocam as encadernações mal feitas dentro de um mochila antes de entregar para o cliente, de modo que, se o mesmo estiver com pressa como foi o meu caso, não irá nem conferir o serviço.
Não recomendo.
I went to make a binding today (11/30/18) and they make the binding in a nutshell! The pages are totally misaligned and with some, even, with the hole touching the edge!
I only realized it when I got home because, in my innocence, I didn't think they could make so much mistake in a bookbinding ... Unfortunately I live far from Max Digital so I can complain in person and demand a new printing and bookbinding (which had more than 300 books) pages!), but I leave my caveat to everyone!
Look for a better place to do your services and, if it is impossible to do it elsewhere but there check all the details of the service, as they put the badly made bindings in a backpack before handing it over to the customer, so that, if he is in a hurry as was my case, he will not even check the service.
I do not recommend.

Terrible attendance. Grumpy employees. They can't explain, and you get the impression they are doing the customer a favor. I do not recommend. I left without the service.
