O atendente Erick foi super gentil e identificou no sistema o dia em que a compra foi efetuada para realizar a emissão da nota para mim. Desta forma foi possível a devolução do aparelho. Sem contar que sempre que vou a loja sou tratada com muita educação e atenção.
Excellent service! I had to change equipment after ten days of purchase, but I was without the tax coupon. The attendant Erick was super kind and identified in the system the day the purchase was made to issue the note to me. In this way it was possible to return the device. Not to mention that whenever I go to the store I am treated with a lot of education and attention.
