 I never waited so long for a pediatric visit for my chubby daughter, worse than SUS over 5 hours of waiting. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês liga diversas vezes ao dia e não consegue falar, o telefone mudo. Quando consegue com 2 min fica mudo e você não consegue finalizar o agendamento de consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os medicos sao bons, estão entre os melhires de Olinda. Mas o atendimento é bem ruim, as atendetes não sabem as informações e ficam lhe jogando de um lado para o outro e quando sabem não informam. O medico havia avisado que não iria atender desde as 14h e só foram ne informas as 16h, pois estavam "ocupadas".
The doctors are good, they are among the best of Olinda. But the service is very bad, the attendants do not know the information and keep throwing it from side to side and when they know they do not inform. The doctor had warned that he would not answer since 2 pm and they were not informed until 4 pm, as they were "busy".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito. Vc marca as 10h pra ser atendido quase 14h . Médicos bons porém o atendimento da clínica é péssimo e sempre passam a vez pra representantes de laboratório. Muitos representantes e os pacientes que esperem mais.
It takes too long. You schedule 10am to be attended almost 14h. Good doctors but the clinic's service is terrible and they always pass the turn to laboratory representatives. Many representatives and patients who expect more.

Cai na besteira de estar com COVID e acreditar que a médica que me atendeu por vídeo chamada iria me enviar um e-mail com a receita dos remédios que teria que comprar e NADA! Estou sem ter como entrar em contato com a DRa Raquel Ferreira pois não existe número que leve a mesma. Minha esposa e eu fomos atendidos no Hospital Esperança Ilha do leite e após minha esposa recém desmaiada receber um atendimento péssimo e humilhante ,recebemos a orientação de ligarmos no número 30033230. Tentem usar esse caminho e fiquem esperando como idiotas que pagam o plano pra uma médica que não vai te atender nunca mais. Revoltante. Vou ter que retornar a emergência se não quiser piorar e morrer !!! Obrigado a todos que criaram esse excelente caminho de atendimento em urgência em COVID.
The word is: Revolting!! I fell into the foolishness of being with COVID and believing that the doctor who attended me by video call would send me an email with the prescription for the medicines I would have to buy and NOTHING! I have no way to get in touch with DR Raquel Ferreira because there is no number that can take her. My wife and I were treated at Esperança Ilha do Lei Hospital and after my wife, who had just passed out, received a terrible and humiliating service, we were instructed to call 30033230. that will never meet you again. Revolting. I'll have to return to the emergency if I don't want to get worse and die!!! Thank you to everyone who created this excellent path to emergency care at COVID.

Como faz pra marcar uma consulta ou exame nesse local? atendentes dos numeros que liguei ficam jogando pra outros numeros que no final mandam ligar nesse 3011-7700. PESSIMO PRA CONSEGUIR MARCAR UM EXAME!!!!
Phone does not answer. I called several numbers and they all call this 3011-7700, which simply says it doesn't exist. How do you book an appointment or exam there? attendants of the numbers I called are playing for other numbers that in the end have to call this 3011-7700. TERRIBLE TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN EXAM!!!!
