★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 pontos de gás dentro do posto, 1 funcionário para cada ponto e a preguiça de organizar o fluxo de veículos é enorme. Uma fila com 5 carros para usar um bico e os outros 3 sem uso por preguiça dos frentistas em indicar/organizar o fluxo. Com isso o cliente imagina que esta quebrada e fica preso na fila. Atenção Gerência, vamos treinar essa galera pelo menos para aprender a melhorar o fluxo do posto.
2 gas points inside the gas station, 1 employee for each point and the laziness of organizing the flow of vehicles is enormous. A row with 5 cars to use a nozzle and the other 3 without use due to the attendants' laziness in indicating / organizing the flow. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado ao abastecer nesse posto, solicitamos ao frentista para colocar álcool pelo aplicativo Shell Box ele adicionou gasolina aditivada, e olha que perguntou duas vezes para meu marido o que iria abastecer, resumo a conta saiu bem salgada e ainda mais pq iríamos devolver o carro pra locadora...absurdo a falta de atenção ou má fé dessas pessoas.Acabamos de abastecer hoje dia 29/12 as 9h30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como foi relatado por outros clientes, CUIDADO ao abastecer, você pede álcool ou gasolina comum e eles empurram a aditivada alegando que confundiu. E hoje a situação foi pior, tentaram ME ROUBAR, o valor deu R$ 263 e o frentista passou R$ 283 no cartão, depois de sair percebi e voltei, ao chegar o frentista se quer olhou se realmente errou a digitação, simplesmente devolveu R$20, ou seja, já sabia que tinha passado esse valor a mais. PRESTEM ATENÇÃO SEMPRE QUE FOR ABASTECER! NUNCA MAIS VOLTO LÁ.
