Sempre levei meu carro para revisões, antes os profissionais eram dedicados e o serviço de excelente qualidade, mas o último atendimento foi péssimo, agendei um serviço com uma semana de antecedência, levei o veículo no dia e horário conforme combinado, coloquei o carro no elevador e o mecânico já chegou falando que meu carro não tinha nada para fazer, depois disse que tinha os rolamentos para trocar porém quem realizava o serviço não havia chegado e eu deveria esperar, após 1 hora e 30 minutos vierame avisar que o serviço não poderia ser feito.
Ok, fui para uma concorrente onde fui atendido muito bem e o serviço foi realizado com qualidade. Não volto mais na Maxi Troca de Suzano.

I always took my car for revisions, before the professionals were dedicated and the service was excellent, but the last service was terrible, I scheduled a service a week in advance, I took the vehicle on the day and time as agreed, I put the car in the elevator and the mechanic arrived saying that my car had nothing to do, then he said that he had the bearings to change, but whoever performed the service had not arrived and I should wait, after 1 hour and 30 minutes came to warn me that the service could not be done.
Ok, I went to a competitor where I was served very well and the service was performed with quality. I'm not going back to the Maxi Troca de Suzano anymore.

Agora, na rodovia, percebo que meu kart está solto e ao ligar para Maxxi troca ouço que simplesmente esqueceram o parafusamento, que meus parafusos estão lá. Simpatia não paga um bom serviço! Café não paga um bom serviço!
