pedi uma maquina de silk que fizesse impressão plana.
ate o momento da venda o rapaz se mostrou muito atencioso, tirava todas as duvidas etc
me senti seguro e fiz a compra do equipamento efetuando a compra Dia 27 de julho 2020
o vendedor passou no maximo 30 dias para entregada maquina!
pois bem ai começaram os problelmas são varios pontos.
* o que era 30 virou mais de 40 dias
* Maquina veio com erros de projeto, não era possivel limpar a tela, pois não deixou espaço para isso
* O rodo não tem pressão para fazer impressão , ou a mesa ocila muito , a base ocila muito !
* Quando a maquina estava em negociação , não passou as irformações corretas, (por exemplo) que precisa de outros maquinarios para maquina funcionar
* A Empresa te vende um maquina sem te dar nenum recibo de pagamento, e termo de garantia pois foi o combinado
* Fiz todos os teste e a maquina não fez o que prometia de forma alguma, (impressão 100%)
o vendedor retirou a maquina varias vezes para fazer acerto , e nada adiantou !
Inclusive o erro de projeto dele , foi cobrado de mim novamente o que é um ABSURDO !
Ele acha super normal vender um equipamento que não funciona, não faz testes reais , so liga a maquina e faz se movimentar
mas impressão perfeitas mesmo ele não faz, somente impressão com falhas
Fui chamado de caloteiro, somente por que queria que ele fizesse testes na maquina
fiquei sem intender pois só queria ver o equipamento fazendo o que promete!
ANTES DE ENTREGAR ELE ME DISSO ISSO !
VOU TE ENTREGAR A MAQUINA E VOCÊ ME PAGA ! DEPOIS VAMOS FAZER DE TUDO PARA QUE ELA FUNCIONE!
7 meses nesse vai e vem , e nada da maquina funcionar, e o cara sempre querendo retirar a maquina pra fazer ajustes!
Já informei o vendedor que quero o valor de volta, não quero mais a maquina !
Infelizmente será necessário utilizar o meios cabíveis para reaver o valor! seguindo o código do consumidor essa empresa/ vendedor esta agindo totalmente fora da lei!
Tenho tudo registrado !

I asked for a silk machine that would do flat printing.
until the time of the sale the boy was very attentive, took all doubts etc
I felt safe and made the purchase of the equipment making the purchase Day 27 of July 2020
the seller spent a maximum of 30 days to deliver the machine!
because right there started the problems are several points.
* what was 30 became more than 40 days
* Machine came with design errors, it was not possible to clean the screen, as it left no space for it
* The squeegee has no pressure to print, or the table hides a lot, the base hides a lot!
* When the machine was in negotiation, it did not pass the correct information, (for example) that it needs other machines to work
* The Company sells you a machine without giving you a payment receipt, and a guarantee term because it was agreed
* I did all the tests and the machine did not do what it promised in any way, (100% printing)
the seller removed the machine several times to make adjustments, and nothing worked!
Even his design error, I was charged again for what an ABSURD!
He thinks it’s super normal to sell equipment that doesn’t work, doesn’t do real tests, just turns on the machine and makes it move
but perfect printing even it doesn’t, just flawed printing
I was called a deadbeat, just because I wanted him to test the machine
I didn't understand because I just wanted to see the equipment doing what it promises!
BEFORE DELIVERING HE TOLD ME THAT!
I'LL GIVE YOU THE MACHINE AND YOU PAY ME! AFTER WE'LL DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK!
7 months in this coming and going, and nothing of the machine works, and the guy always wants to remove the machine to make adjustments!
I already informed the seller that I want the value back, I don't want the machine anymore!
Unfortunately it will be necessary to use the appropriate means to recover the value! following the consumer code this company / seller is acting totally outlaw!
