Voltamos para comprar alguns peixes depois do aquário ciclado e mais uma vez fomos bem atendidos e os nossos peixinhos vieram todos bem saudáveis.
I'm starting in fishkeeping, I went to the store to meet, I loved the service. I received total attention from the attendant who gave me precious tips for my start. We went back to buy some fish after the aquarium cycled and once again we were well attended and our fish came very healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fica aqui minha experiencia com a loja e um alerta a pessoas que queiram realizar compras nesta, acho bem ruim fazer essa critica, pois já temos tão poucas lojas de aquarismo e tão poucas pessoas praticando, esse tipo de vendedor só faz diminuir mais ainda a pratica.
Julgava ser uma boa loja, porém ontem realizei uma compra de um Peixe Papagaio na mesma e aproximadamente 18 horas depois notei que o peixe estava com Ictio, ao ligar para loja e conversar com o vendedor o mesmo colocou a culpa no meu aquário e que não realizaria a troca do pet, no entanto tenho outros peixes neste aquário e nenhum apresenta sintomas da doença, eu entenderia a resposta do vendedor caso tivesse algo em torno de 1 semana de compra ou algo próximo, mas nem 1 dia de diferença ?
No minimo é descaso com o cliente, informei ao vendedor que ele perderia o cliente, mas o mesmo fez pouco caso e coloco aqui as palavras dele : "Fica a seu critério para escolher uma nova loja."
Observação: pratico aquarismo a quase 3 anos e nesse tempo aprendemos muita coisa, no inicio já tive casos de ictio, porém com o tempo aprendemos a cuidar melhor da água e evitar este tipo de problema.
Here is my experience with the store and an alert to people who want to make purchases in this, I think it is very bad to make this criticism, because we already have so few stores of aquarism and so few people practicing, this type of salesman only decreases even more the practice .
I thought it was a good store, but yesterday I made a purchase of a Parrotfish in it and approximately 18 hours later I noticed that the fish was with Ictio, when I called the store and talked to the seller, it even blamed my aquarium and did not I would do the pet exchange, however I have other fish in this aquarium and none of the symptoms of the disease, I would understand the response of the seller if there was something around 1 week of purchase or something close, but not 1 day difference?
At the very least it is disregard of the customer, I informed the seller that he would lose the customer, but he did not care enough and put his words here: "It is up to you to choose a new store."
Note: I practice aquarism for almost 3 years and in that time we learned a lot, at first I had cases of ictio, but over time we learned to take better care of water and avoid this type of problem.
