★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente para comer no local é bem bagunçado e nenhum funcionário estava usando máscara. A pizza estava saborosa, por isso eu compraria novamente mas só por delivery.
 The environment for eating at the place is very messy and no employee was wearing a mask. The pizza was tasty, so I would buy it again but only for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos falando no whatsapp com o funcionário normalmente, ele respondeu disse pra gente fazer o pedido. Daí mandamos 5 mensagens em sequência detalhando a pizza que queríamos, mas elas nem sequer foram visualizadas. Depois de uns 20 min esperando, cansamos de aguardar ele se dar o trabalho de responder e pedimos de outra pizzaria.
We were talking on whatsapp with the employee normally, he replied and told us to place the order. Then we sent 5 messages in a row detailing the pizza we wanted, but they weren't even seen. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we got tired of waiting for him to take the trouble to answer and ordered from another pizzeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha tido uma experiência ruim com eles meses atrás mas resolvi dar uma segunda chance. Pedi uma pizza de 2 sabores por whatsapp com algumas instruções especiais para ambos os sabores de pizza (altere tal ingrediente, adicione outro). A atendente pareceu ter compreendido bem o que eu queria. Ao chegar a pizza, os dois sabores vieram diferentes do que eu pedi. Ao reclamar, eles apenas pediram desculpas pelos erros, mas mas não ofereceram enviar a pizza correta nem dar desconto na próxima pizza, nada. Senso zero de agradar o cliente. Me arrependi de ter dado uma segunda chance, não pedirei mais com eles, e advertirei todos os meus amigos para ficar longe deles.
I had already had a bad experience with them months ago but I decided to give it a second chance. Ordered a 2 flavors pizza by whatsapp with some special instructions for both pizza flavors (change that ingredient, add another one). The attendant seemed to have understood what I wanted. When the pizza arrived, the two flavors came out different from what I ordered. When complaining, they just apologized for the mistakes, but they didn't offer to send the correct pizza or give a discount on the next pizza, nothing. Zero sense of pleasing the customer. I regret giving it a second chance, I won't order from them anymore, and I will warn all my friends to stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é das melhores que já comi. Vem com bastante recheio grudado na tampa. Pedi sem cebola, veio com, liguei para reclamar e eles mandaram outra correta, mas demorou um pouco.
It's not the best I've ever eaten. Comes with a lot of stuffing glued to the lid. I ordered no onion, it came with it, I called to complain and they sent another correct one, but it took a while.
