I liked the clothes but the service of the seller was the best too I saw the same in the super caring and loving box with my children

Fine clothes with popular prices. The mannequins are always in fashion trends. Varieties of colors, models and sizes. I really liked it is a different store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito ruim. Ganhei um presente dessa loja e fui trocar. Disseram que só podia trocar com a nota, ou eu deveria ligar pra pessoa que me deu e perguntar sobre a compra, o dia que comprou, o valor, a hora etc. Além disso, só poderia trocar em 7 dias.
Very bad store. I got a gift from that store and went to change it. They said I could only exchange it with the bill, or I should call the person who gave it to me and ask about the purchase, the day they bought it, the amount, the time etc. In addition, it could only be exchanged in 7 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a loja de Suzano com as piores funcionárias !!!!. Tudo antipática, ignorante, fedidas e incompetentes !!!. meu cachorro consegue atender melhor que elas !!. Pesso a gerência que atualize o quadro de funcionários e coloque gente decente no lugar !!!.
This is Suzano's store with the worst employees!!!!. All obnoxious, ignorant, stinky and incompetent !!!. my dog can handle it better than them !!. I ask the management to update the staff and put decent people in their place !!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!!! Não indico a ninguém e nunca mais ninguém da minha família entra nessa loja.
Minha sobrinha comprou algumas coisas nessa loja e na saída foi obrigada a "voltar" três vezes pq o detector disparou, óbvio que não acharam nada pois ela não é ladra!! Graças a Deus trabalha e é assim que foi ensinada pq veio de uma família de pessoas honestas.
Ela por ser ainda ingênua não soube como agir ,chegou em casa desnorteada e sequer um pedido de desculpas obteve.
Para lidar com o público o mínimo que se espera é destreza e educação,tenho ctz de que ela não foi a primeira a passar por isso ,mas foi a última.
Pois no que depender do nosso dinheiro essa loja pode fechar hj msm.

Bad experience!!! I do not recommend it to anyone and no one in my family will ever enter this store.
My niece bought some things in this store and on the way out she was forced to "come back" three times because the detector went off, obviously they didn't find anything because she's not a thief!! Thank God it works and that's how it was taught because it came from a family of honest people.
She, being still naive, did not know how to act, she arrived home bewildered and not even an apology was obtained.
To deal with the public, the minimum that is expected is dexterity and education, I have ctz that she was not the first to go through this, but she was the last.
Because it doesn't depend on our money, this store can close today msm.
