I am a patient of the clinic, I like the service and I am satisfied with the treatment. Attentive reception, the dentists are wonderful and I have nothing to complain about.

They just don't answer the phone or WhatsApp. Terrible attendance. I already spoke with the competitor who promptly answered DS Oral.... too top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha reclamação ,não é sobre a clínica em si ,a mais ou menos 2 meses atrás,abriu vagas ,na clínica ,me inscrevi,em uma vaga de emprego era pra atendente/vendedora ,fiz primeiro uma entrevista com uma moça ,no vídeo chamada,no dia seguinte ela me chamou para ir até a clínica ,fazer a entrevista eu fui,chegando lá fiquei mais ou menos 1 e meia esperando ser chamada,quando cheguei lá para fazer a entrevista,o cara me fez alguma perguntas ,eu respondi ,depois ele me contratou ,disse que eu iria ficar no lugar de uma moça loira que tinha na entrada,fiquei extremamente feliz,ele disse até que era para mim jogar fora meus currículos,que eu estava contratada,moral da história o cara nunca mais entrou em contato,só me fez de trouxa ,me deu esperança ,isso é desumano ,fora o tempo que esperei o combustível que gastei ,não me lembro o nome do cara que me contratou só lembro que ele comentou que não morava em Ribeirão Preto ,meu desabafo é esse !!
My complaint is not about the clinic itself, about 2 months ago, vacancies opened, at the clinic, I signed up, in a job vacancy it was for an attendant / saleswoman, I first interviewed a girl, in the video call , the next day she called me to go to the clinic, to do the interview I went, when I got there I stayed about 1 and a half waiting to be called, when I got there to do the interview, the guy asked me some questions, I answered, then he hired me, he said that I would take the place of a blonde girl he had at the entrance, I was extremely happy, he even said that it was for me to throw away my resume, that I was hired, moral of the story the guy never came back in in contact, it only made a fool of me, it gave me hope, this is inhumane, apart from the time I waited for the fuel I spent, I don't remember the name of the guy who hired me, I just remember that he commented that he didn't live in Ribeirão Preto, my rant is this!!
