★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a instalação do kit na maxxi em setembro, tive um pequeno problema, pois meu carro precisava de uma peça que o mecânico não viu que precisava, porém a vendedora Eliane, me deu todo o suporte para solucioná-lo. Inclusive essa mesma vendedora esteve sempre disposta a tirar todas as minhas dúvidas, e mesmo após a conclusão da instalação, manteve o mesmo padrão de excelência no trato com o cliente.

Algumas atendentes da maxx gnv de outras lojas precisam tomar aula com a thayná e tania

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalei meu GNV a 2 dias e só venho tenho problemas, a primeira vez foi um alerta no meu painel com falha no motor, a segunda gás vazando e agora estou chegando da loja com a mensagem novamente de falha no motor. Ah única coisa que sabem me falar que é normal apresentar essa falha sobre o motor no painel. Estou super preocupada e ainda fui mal atendida pelo o responsável da instalação que me fez vir para casa sem o problema está solucionado e continuo fazendo o café dele sem ao menos ir lá ver o problema e pediu para retornar amanhã. O único ponto positivo é que fui muito bem atendida pela Sthefani. Espero que resolvam o meu problema. LOJA DE REALENGO
