Estou a quase 1 mês, implorando uma solução e nada.
Unfortunately after the sale, I had a problem with the poor quality of the tonner that helped to break a part of my printer and the technical director does not enter into an agreement to solve the problem !!!
I am almost 1 month, begging for a solution and nothing.
