São mau educados, respondem a tudo com ironia, são fazem o elo entre o condômino e o síndico, como empresa administradora, deveriam no mínimo escutar ambos os lados e procurarem umas aulas de interpretação textual para interpretar corretamente o regulamento interno do condomínio e contratar um advogado para responder os questionamentos com pelo menos, educação e urbanidade!
Bad experience! They are rude, they respond to everything with irony, they are the link between the condominium and the manager, as a management company, they should at least listen to both sides and seek some textual interpretation classes to correctly interpret the condominium's internal regulations and hire a lawyer to answer questions with at least politeness and urbanity!
