Há alguns minutos recebi uma mensagem dizendo que realmente não poderia atender meu pedido, respondi no mesmo minuto e aparentemente fui bloqueada, pois a mensagem não foi entregue. Enfim, decidi colocar a resposta aqui: Poderia ter sido mais enfático sobre a área atendida, teria poupado o meu e o seu tempo.

Júlio, afirmar que eu não concordei em pagar pela visita, é no mínimo desonesto da sua parte. Eu apenas perguntei se poderia fazer por um valor menor, mas a resposta foi que não poderiam me atender e me bloquearam no mesmo instante. Como disse anteriormente, não tive sequer a chance de responder. Achei muito amadorismo por parte da empresa e, por esse motivo, fiz questão de deixar registrada aqui a minha insatisfação com o atendimento que recebi.
A pity, but my experience with this company was negative. At first he said he didn't serve my city, however, we talked and he agreed to make a budget. A few minutes ago I received a message saying that I really couldn't fulfill my order, I replied right away and apparently I was blocked as the message was not delivered. Anyway, I decided to put the answer here: I could have been more emphatic about the area served, it would have saved me and your time.

Julius, claiming that I didn't agree to pay for the visit is dishonest of you to say the least. I just asked if I could do it for a lesser amount, but the answer was that they couldn't answer me and they blocked me right away. As I said earlier, I didn't even get a chance to respond. I found the company very amateurish and, for this reason, I insisted on registering my dissatisfaction with the service I received.
