★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um bom lugar, mas da última vez que fui paguei, para 3 pessoas, mais de 70 reais e a comida estava fria (parecia requentada) e o vinagrete estragado. Deixei o prato quase inteiro. Espero que melhorem.
 It used to be a good place, but the last time I went I paid, for 3 people, more than 70 reais and the food was cold (it looked warmed up) and the vinaigrette was spoiled. I left the plate almost whole. I hope they get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é muito bonito, limpo e organizado. Atendimento muito bom, mas não há preocupação com a qualidade do que é servido. Comi uma comida péssima no buffet, visívelmente requentada e estragada (vinagrete estava podre). Comida fria e com gosto horrível. Provavelmente serviram pra não ter prejuízo. Não é um bom lugar pra comer em Bragança. Decepcionada. Não voltarei e nem recomendo!!!!
The place is very nice, clean and organized. Very good service, but there is no concern with the quality of what is served. I ate terrible food at the buffet, visibly reheated and spoiled (vinegar was rotten). Cold food and horrible taste. Probably served to not have loss. It's not a good place to eat in Bragança. Disappointed. I won't be back and I don't recommend it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é muito bom e agradável. Mas os preços são exorbitantes. A comida merece cuidados, no meu caso havia comida com odor de estragada e aspecto visual idêntico. As bancadas de servir-se são muito mal elaboradas, mal colocadas.
The place is very nice and pleasant. But the prices are exorbitant. The food deserves care, in my case there was food with a spoiled odor and identical visual appearance. The serving counters are very poorly designed, poorly placed.

Resolvi levar a minha família para comemorar o aniversario da minha filha, e desde que chegamos, a gerente foi falar comigo para esclarecer uma dúvida e ela foi super grossa comigo. Fiquei surpresa ao ver que uma pessoa de cargo importante, teve um comportamento tão chulo quanto aquele para se referir a um cliente. Eu resolvi responder ela com calma e mesmo assim ela não deu nenhum pedido de desculpas. No final, o garçom levou uma pizza pequena que estava escrito "feliz aniversário" como um brinde para a aniversariante, e ela foi lá dizer que não era para a minha mesa. O tom dela era grosso. Fiquei muito envergonhada por ela ter dito isso em voz alta na frente dos meus convidados. O ambiente é bonito, a pizza é boa, mas não voltarei mais nesse lugar e nem indicarei para ninguém ir lá. Me senti mal por estar lá apenas por causa daquela mulher que é uma péssima pessoa para trabalhar com atendimento ao público. Enfim, espero que melhorem na forma como falam com o cliente!

I decided to take my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and since we arrived, the manager has been talking to me to clarify a doubt and she was super rude to me. I was surprised to see that a person in an important position had such a naughty behavior as that to refer to a customer. I decided to answer her calmly and even then she didn't apologize. In the end, the waiter took a small pizza that said "happy birthday" as a toast to the birthday girl, and she went there to say it wasn't for my table. Her tone was thick. I was very embarrassed that she had said that out loud in front of my guests. The atmosphere is beautiful, the pizza is good, but I will not go back to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone to go there. I felt bad just being there because of that woman who is a terrible person to work with in customer service. Anyway, I hope they improve in the way they talk to the customer!
