Atendimento bosta, te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor
Uma arrogância sem fim, a marca do biquíni ficou torta
Fiz também alongamento de cílios na unidade bela vista após o procedimento meus olhos arderam por 2 horas ficaram tufos de cola nas minhas pálpebras e nos meus cílios e ficou falhado
Só tratam bem as estrelinhas

I also did eyelash stretching in the unit, beautiful view after the procedure my eyes burned for 2 hours, there were tufts of glue on my eyelids and my lashes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, agendei meu horário para hoje (18/09) às 11hs, cheguei no local às 10:50, atendente me deixou preenchendo os papéis e termos de adesão e ficava de um lado para o outro "correndo" voltou era 11:50 dizendo que estava corrido e que era para começarmos a minha sessão... Porém eu teria que sair às 12:10 para ir trabalhar... Resumo fiquei na recepção esperando, não podia ir embora pq a porta estava trancada, perdi mais uma hora do meu dia e não realizei o procedimento...
Sou cliente da marca, já havia feito bronze na antiga unidade de Santana, e na unidade da Bela Vista, onde nunca ocorreu isso...
Não volto mais nesta unidade apesar de ser a mais próxima a minha casa

Uma das proprietárias Carolina é extremamente grossa e mal educada trata os clientes como números e não soluciona o problema quando apresentado
