Levaram meu equipamento para realização de testes fora do meu estabelecimento, no dia que vieram me devolver foi cobrado valor de 100 reais pela "visita" que demorou 5 minutos, mais 60 reais de locomoção!
Vieram até o local e nao resolveram meu problema, recebi um boleto para pagamento do serviço nao realizado com um valor absurdo, entrei várias vezes em contato com o financeiro da empresa(Francieli) para tentar resolver da melhor forma, porém todas sem sucesso!
Total discontent with the company! I needed a service from the company authorized by the equipment I own, and this place is where it offers the service closest to where I am.
They took my equipment for tests outside my establishment, the day they came back to me I was charged 100 reais for the "visit" that took 5 minutes, plus 60 reais for walking!
They came to the place and did not solve my problem, I received a payment slip for the service not carried out with an absurd amount, I contacted the company financial officer (Francieli) several times to try to solve it in the best way, but all without success!
