★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial foi bom, mas paguei quase R$1.000, 00 (MIL REAIS) por um motor de ventilador, outro ventilador completo e a mão de obra, sendo que meu carro continuou com o mesmo problema, o ar parava de funcionar em engarrafamentos.
Retornei na garantia e me disseram que o problema era elétrico, e que deveria procurar um eletricista.
Três meses depois o compressor arriou, ou seja, O PROBLEMA FATAL ERA O COMPRESSOR, havendo um erro de diagnóstico.
ME MANDARAM PARA UM ELETRICISTA SOLUCIONAR UM PROBLEMA DE REFRIGERAÇÃO QUE NÃO FOI DIAGNOSTICADO!
The initial service was good, but I paid almost R $ 1,000.00 (ONE THOUSAND REAIS) for a fan motor, another complete fan and labor, and my car continued with the same problem, the air stopped working in traffic jams.
I returned the warranty and was told that the problem was electrical, and that I should see an electrician.
Three months later the compressor stopped, that is, THE FATAL PROBLEM WAS THE COMPRESSOR, with a diagnostic error.
I HAVE BEEN SENT TO AN ELECTRICIAN TO SOLVE A REFRIGERATION PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED!
