Fiz a compra do meu álbum de formatura e no ato da compra foi feito o contrato que seria entregue o álbum com as fotos (entregue no mesmo dia), um Dvd com todas as fotos e um DVD da minha formatura (não foram entregues). O Sr. Rafael Costa responsável pela minha negociação me garantiu que meus DVDs seriam entregues em 120 dias. Passado esse tempo nada foi entregue em meu endereço. Então entrei em contato com ele novamente ele disse que havia acontecido um problema na "confecção" dos meus DVDs e que seriam feitos novamente, neste momento ele prorrogou o prazo para entrega, que também já se esgotou. Desde então venho entrando em contato com o RAFAEL COSTA e ele sempre tendo uma desculpa em relação aos meus DVDs. Espero que eles resolvam o meu caso.
The company does not deliver on what it promises.
