★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Horrível! Fiz pedido as 13:46, fazendo contato com eles durante todo o tempo, sempre informando que estava a caminho, para as 15:16 minutos cancelarem meu pedido. Sem a mínima explicação. Não recomendo e nunca mais comprarei nessa loja!
 Terrible! Horrible! I placed an order at 1:46 pm, making contact with them all the time, always letting them know that I was on my way, so that at 3:16 pm they canceled my order. Without the slightest explanation. I do not recommend and will never buy from this store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Achei um inseto tostado grudado na minha batata, mostrei ao responsável e ele simplesmente me falou que " queria acreditar que aquilo não era um inseto", querer acreditar não muda o fato do que está diante dos nossos olhos.. Joguei o restante do lanche fora revoltada.
Terrible!! I found a toasted insect stuck to my potato, I showed it to the person in charge and he simply told me that "I wanted to believe that it wasn't an insect", wanting to believe doesn't change the fact of what is in front of our eyes.. I threw the rest of the snack away angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igual a varios outros relatos: meu pedido feito pelo iFood veio sem um sanduíche; ninguém responde o chat e nao tem telefone para pedir ajuda. Conclusão: tive que fazer comida, morrer num sanduíche não entregue, e só me sobrou dar 1 estrela (pq não tem zero)
Similar to several other reports: my iFood order came without a sandwich; no one answers the chat and there is no phone to ask for help. Conclusion: I had to cook food, die in an undeliverable sandwich, and I only had to give 1 star (because there is no zero)

Além de funcionários mal pagos que, com raras excessões, não ligam a mínima para os clientes, agora tem os "totens".
Confuso, lento, chato e ainda tira emprego das pessoas.
Quanto a comida, há quem goste... Quando estou com pressa e não acho nada melhor por perto, é literalmente o que dá para engolir.

Confusing, slow, boring and still takes people's jobs.
As for food, some people like it... When I'm in a hurry and I can't find anything better around, it's literally what I can swallow.
