★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi milk-shake de ovomaltine, veio sem canudo e sem chantilly, se faltava no estabelecimento, deveriam avisar, não tive nenhum tipo de satisfação da empresa. O Milk shake de ovomaltine deveria vir no sorvete de baunilha, mandaram no de chocolate, ficou totalmente enjoativo. 2 vez essa semana que erram no pedido, lastimável!
 I ordered ovomaltine milkshake, it came without a straw and without whipped cream, if the establishment was missing, they should warn me, I had no satisfaction from the company. The ovomaltine milk shake should come in vanilla ice cream, they ordered the chocolate one, it was totally nauseating. 2 times this week that make a mistake, sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem a melhor batata rústica das Mc's de Recife. Normalmente não há muita fila de espera e está entre as Mc's mais baratas. Excelente atendimento e depois da reforma na praça de alimentação do carrefour, a refrigeração está excelente.
It has the best rustic potato from Mc's in Recife. There is usually no long queue and is among the cheapest Mc's. Excellent service and after renovating the carrefour food court, the refrigeration is excellent.

refil dde refrigerante.
Poor service, some potatoes weren't fully fried, and they didn't all come in the box, unwilling to give directions. Do not call the customer when the order is ready, I know you have the panel, it would be a differential, you do not serve yourself with
soda refill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja McDonald's que ocupa um espaço no Carrefour - Recife - localizado no bairro da Torre. Para mim é o pior serviço da McDonald's de todos os que já visitei. A começar com o atendimento... A gerência se não me engano é uma pessoa muito mal educada e mal treinada, seus atendentes, desinteressados com os clientes, além de mal informados. Infelizmente instalaram um serviço de Auto atendimento no local, o qual é muito confuso, já fiz várias tentativas e não consigo fazer o pedido, peço ( cheguei a implorar por uma ajuda, e tanto a gerente (acho eu pois usa um uniforme diferenciado, quanto as atendentes ignoram nossos apelos, só atendem quando bem querem! É triste nesse tempo de crise, um atendimento tão ruim ?!
This McDonald's store that occupies a space in Carrefour - Recife - located in the Torre neighborhood. For me it's the worst McDonald's service I've ever visited. Starting with the service... The management, if I'm not mistaken, is a very rude and poorly trained person, its attendants, disinterested in the customers, in addition to being poorly informed. Unfortunately they installed a Self-Service service on site, which is very confusing, I've tried several times and I can't place the order, I ask (I even begged for help, and both the manager (I think because she wears a different uniform, as well as the attendants ignore our calls, they only answer when they want to! It's sad in this time of crisis, such a bad service ?!

Horrible. My fiancee asked for dessert, the attendant answered her with ill will, mocking and even put the mc flay with bad taste with little syrup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez meu pedido veio errado. A Loja do Carrefour da Torre é costumeira a entregar os pedidos errados. Se o cliente não abrir as embalagens antes de levar para casa, com certeza vai alguma coisa errada. Tanta tecnologia, nas máquinas, nos pedidos más no pessoal, falta de atenção, joga tudo no lixo. Lamentável
Once again my order was wrong. The Carrefour da Torre store is customary to deliver the wrong orders. If the customer does not open the packaging before taking it home, something is definitely wrong. So much technology, in the machines, in the bad requests on the staff, lack of attention, throws everything in the trash. Unfortunate
