★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante fast-food. Comida razoável. Para beber, somente refrigerante ou suco artificial. Com estacionamento do shopping que é pago. Preço bem acima da média de sanduíches. Bom atendimento. Tem mesas e cadeiras próprias, mas tbm pode utilizar as da praça de alimentação.
Fast food restaurant. Reasonable food. To drink, only soda or artificial juice. With parking at the mall that is paid. Well above average price for sandwiches. Good service. It has its own tables and chairs, but you can also use those in the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas as redes de fast-food em Belém, o McDonald's é de longe a mais mal gerenciada. Não é possível que não haja algum tipo de treinamento com seus atendentes, que não tem absolutamente nenhum trato no atendimento. É tudo uma bagunça, não dá pra saber quem está atendendo, e às vezes alguém da cozinha aparece pra fazer a função de atendente. Já fui em várias unidades pela cidade, e em absolutamente nenhuma os clientes foram bem atendidos, eles realmente colocam qualquer tipo de gente no atendimento. No Pátio Belém pelo menos não há sequer um sistema de senhas, eles só anotam seu nome, e você precisa ficar por ali, esperando eles te empurrarem seu pedido. Quanto aos preços, é tudo caro e o custo benefício absolutamente não é dos melhores. Infelizmente empresas como essa só continuam no mercado pela força do nome, pois se dependesse da qualidade do serviço prestado, já teriam falido há muito tempo.
Of all the fast food chains in Belém, McDonald's is by far the most poorly managed. It is not possible that there will be no training of any kind with its attendants, who have absolutely no treatment. It's all a mess, you can't tell who is answering, and sometimes someone from the kitchen shows up to act as an attendant. I have been to several units around the city, and in none of the clients have been well served, they really put any kind of people in the service. At Pátio Belém at least there is not even a password system, they just write down your name, and you need to stay there, waiting for them to push your order. As for the prices, everything is expensive and the cost benefit is absolutely not the best. Unfortunately companies like this only remain on the market due to the name, because if it depended on the quality of the service provided, they would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.
