★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como é franquia, a comida é de boa qualidade e o preparo é rápido, sem muito a acrescentar. Só achei chato o fato de não quererem mais vender direto nos caixas, mas apenas no autoatendimento. A fila no caixa eletrônico estava grande e os caixas comuns vazios. O atendente se negou a vender e disse que só estava atendendo quem estava na fila do autoatendimento. Foi meio ridículo. Bastou eu entrar na fila, para ele me chamar. Enfim... Em outras unidades vc tem as duas opções. Afinal nem todos sabem bem lidar com a tecnologia, principalmentecos mais velhos.
 As it is a franchise, the food is of good quality and preparation is quick, without much to add. I just found it annoying that they no longer wanted to sell directly at the cashiers, but only in self-service. The line at the ATM was long and the common boxes empty. The attendant refused to sell and said that he was only serving those in the self-service queue. It was kind of ridiculous. I just got in line for him to call me. Anyway... In other units you have both options. After all, not everyone knows how to deal with technology, especially older ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, hoje mais uma vez o pedido errado, por duas vezes no mesmo momento, muita falta de atenção, vocês devem conversar menos e prestar mais atenção aos pedidos , da próxima vez farei uma reclamação formalmente em todos os locais que poder fazer, estamos pagando pelo produto ,esperamos que no mínimo venha certo.
Terrible, today once again the wrong order, twice at the same time, a lot of lack of attention, you should talk less and pay more attention to orders, next time I will formally file a complaint in all the places I can, we are paying for the product, we hope that at least it comes right.

Terrible attendance. The request is made by a very confused totem. There is no option to place an order at the cashier.

Bad service by ifood. My order came incomplete (2 sandwiches missing) and I just can't even contact the store. An absurdity!
