Funcionários ficam batendo papo entre eles.. e nenhum se disponibiliza a ajudar no autoatendimento..
Ainda há muitas pessoas que têm dificuldades em fazer pedidos nesse sistema.
Worse and worse service...
Employees chat with each other... and none is available to help with self-service...
There are still many people who have difficulties placing orders in this system.
