★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. A qualidade do apartamento é baixíssima, bem como a qualidade da mão de obra. Todos os apartamentos do edifício apresentaram problemas graves, e também a portaria e a garagem. Não conseguem sanar os problemas e, quando o fazem, é com muito estresse, bagunça e demora. Tenho uma amiga que já morou em outro edifício feito pela MCF que também teve diversos problemas, inclusive foi preciso que o condomínio acionasse a construtora na justiça.
Bad experience. The quality of the apartment is very low, as well as the quality of the workmanship. All the apartments in the building had serious problems, as did the concierge and garage. They cannot solve problems and, when they do, it is with a lot of stress, mess and delay. I have a friend who has lived in another building made by MCF who also had several problems, including that the condominium had to sue the construction company in court.
