I don't usually say, but this clinic deserves 5 stars! Cozy and clean place, trained receptionists and excellent dentists, thank goodness that I found a good place after so much searching. Congratulations to all of MCR!

Morria de medo de extrair os dentes do siso, mas a doutora Fernanda foi uma excelente profissional.
Sem contar o preço que foi super em conta.
Adorei, com certeza recomendo.
All employees were extremely polite and helpful.
I was terrified of extracting wisdom teeth, but Dr. Fernanda was an excellent professional.
Not to mention the price that was super affordable.
I loved it, I definitely recommend it.

A alguns dias procurei a unidade para fazer um orçamento sobre alguns tratamentos odontológico e estéticos, minha primeira impressão por telefone não foi das melhores pois as recepcionistas ficou perdida nas respostas de minhas duvidas, mesmo assim não deixei de marcar uma consulta para mim e meu esposo e conhecer pessoalmente a clinica. Ao chegar na clinica a recepcionista Bruna foi muito mal educada e com péssimo humor. Fui atendida muito fora do horário agendado sendo que cheguei na consulta 15 minutos antes do combinado, e não nós deram nenhuma satisfação sobre o atraso. Após muito tempo de espera fui atendida pela Dra Maria, simpática porém para se vender um produto é necessário que se de atenção ao seu paciente, e isso tive muito pouco dela. Depois de ser atendida pela mesma fui direcionada a aguardar na recepção para que pudessem me passar o orçamento, fiquei esperado e nesse meio tempo notei os olhares e comentários sobre mim e meu esposo, fiquei constrangida com tudo aquilo. Alguns minutos depois fomos atendidos e me explicaram o tratamento. Porém minha impressão sobre a clinica é que eles visam seu poder aquisitivo apenas. Não voltaremos para o fechamento do tratamento infelizmente.
Terrible attendance. I do not recommend this dental unit. A few days ago I looked for the unit to make a budget on some dental and aesthetic treatments, my first impression by phone was not the best because the receptionists were lost in the answers of my doubts, even so I made sure to make an appointment for me and my husband and personally know the clinic. Upon arriving at the clinic the receptionist Bruna was very rude and in a bad mood. I was attended a lot outside the scheduled time and I arrived at the appointment 15 minutes before the appointment, and we did not give any satisfaction about the delay. After a long time of waiting, I was attended by Dr. Maria, friendly but to sell a product it is necessary to pay attention to your patient, and I had very little of it. After being answered by the same, I was directed to wait at the reception so that they could give me the budget, I was expected and in the meantime I noticed the looks and comments about me and my husband, I was embarrassed by all that. A few minutes later we were treated and explained the treatment to me. However, my impression about the clinic is that they only target their purchasing power. We will not be returning to the closing of the treatment unfortunately.
