★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO CONTRATEM! Chamei a empresa para arrumar uma evaporadora e simplesmente me deixaram com as 4 evaporadoras sem funcionar.
Um descaso com os clientes.
DO NOT CONTRACT! I called the company to set up an evaporator and they just left me with the 4 evaporators out of order.
A disregard for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ empresinha fundo de quinta, nao cumpre o combinado, nao cumpre horarios, o "TECNICO" nao sabe ligar os 3 fios da energia no aparelho, queria instalar o aparelho no lugar mais facil para ele, pessima empresa, nao recomendo
I'm a farm fund company, doesn't do what was agreed, doesn't keep schedules, "TECHNICIAN" doesn't know how to connect the 3 power wires to the appliance, he wanted to install the appliance in the easiest place for him, terrible company, I don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é uma empresa séria - pedi que mandassem um recibo e eles disseram que iriam mandar junto com o serviço, foram no dia 20/03/2018 mas não levam nada de papel, após o serviço os instaladores disseram que não havia papel nenhum, dei o dinheiro para o rapaz, sem nenhuma comprovação qualquer, no mesmo dia por WhatsApp pedi o recibo, pediram meus dados cadastrais com CPF, dia 22/03 pediu desculpa e disse que mandariam no mesmo dia - porém não mandou, dia 03/04 cobrei o Recibo e disse para que eu aguardasse pois eles estavam mudando o CNPJ, no dia 13/04 eu cobrei de novo disse que pelo menos me mandasse um recibo, disse que ia encaminhar - dia 19/04 - cobrei e aleguei que se pelo menos se não tivesse a nota me passasse um recibo - disse que por motivos pessoais não havia feito, mas que iria mandar a tarde (ai descobri que não era de uma empresa que havia pedido serviço) - agora em 27/04 - nada nem resposta desse pessoal, fico pensando, eu não tenho garantia, e se acontecer qualquer coisa, como vou certificar que eles são os responsáveis pelo serviço? o correto seria uma nota fiscal, porém mesmo solicitando apenas um recibo, não fizeram, mesmo que estejam começando, o minimo de profissionalismo e garantia que se possa passar aos clientes é importante para se estabelecer como empresa.
It is not a serious company - I asked them to send a receipt and they said they would send it along with the service, they were on 03/20/2018 but they do not take any paper, after the service the installers said there was no paper, I gave the money for the boy, without any proof whatsoever, on the same day by WhatsApp I asked for the receipt, they asked for my registration data with CPF, on 03/22 he apologized and said they would send it on the same day - but he did not send it, on 03/04 I charged the receipt and told me to wait because they were changing the CNPJ, on 04/13 I charged again said that at least send me a receipt, said that I would forward - on 04/19 - I charged and claimed that if at least if you didn’t have the note, give me a receipt - he said that for personal reasons he hadn’t done it, but that he would send the afternoon (then I found out that it wasn’t from a company that had asked for service) - now on 04/27 - nothing and no reply from that guys, I keep thinking, I have no guarantee, and if anything happens sa, how am I going to certify that they are responsible for the service? the correct thing would be an invoice, but even requesting only a receipt, they did not, even if they are beginning, the minimum professionalism and guarantee that can be passed on to customers is important to establish themselves as a company.

Terrible service, this is the third time the installer has come and the air is still not freezing. Unfortunately it was not a quick, clean service like with other customers.
