★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima experiência foi o que tive nesta oficina. Não recomendo a ninguém fazer nenhum serviço neste lugar. Oficina bem equipada. Alguns funcionários trabalham bem, mas na maioria dos casos você acaba sendo atendido por pessoas despreparadas, que sequer utilizam ferramentas adequadas no seu veículo e executam o serviço da forma mais rápida e precária possível para se livrarem logo do cliente.
Fiz um serviço de freio aparentemente simples e cheguei ao ponto de quase me acidentar, além de ter de trocar outras peças associadas que foram danificadas por imperícia do mecânico. O pós serviço é péssimo também pois o responsável pela oficina mal olha para você.
Enfim, depois de idas e vindas nesse estabelecimento resolvi desistir e fazer eu mesmo. Só me resta alertar aos desavisados.
Resumindo, fique longe desse lugar. Considere até mesmo fazer o serviço você mesmo em casa na medida do possível, pois terá menos dor de cabeça.
Só mais um auto center querendo te "meter a faca".

 A bad experience was what I had in this workshop. I do not recommend anyone to do any service in this place. Well-equipped workshop. Some employees work well, but in most cases you end up being attended by unprepared people, who don't even use the proper tools in your vehicle and perform the service as quickly and precariously as possible to get rid of the customer right away.
I did an apparently simple brake service and got to the point of almost having an accident, in addition to having to change other associated parts that were damaged due to the mechanic's malpractice. After-service is also terrible because the person in charge of the workshop barely looks at you.
Anyway, after coming and going in this establishment I decided to give up and do it myself. I can only warn the unsuspecting.
In short, stay away from that place. Even consider doing the job yourself at home as far as possible, as you will have less headache.
Just another auto center wanting to "put the knife in".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei com um vazamento do fluido do reservatório de água do radiador. O próprio Monteiro deu uma olhada e observou que o radiador estava trincado, providenciou a troca. Serviço tranquilo. Td ok! Sou novo aqui na área. A princípio, ganhou um cliente!

tive um problema no meu carro , onde o carro acendia a luz da injeção eletronica e perdia forças.
graças a Deus foi bem enfrente a oficina .
Fui bem recepcionado e logo atendido , quando o mecanico foi verificar o problema era apenas uma tomada solta proximo ao TBI , e então foi reparado e não foi cobrado o serviço .
Achei muito honesto a atitude da oficina , pois poderiam ter inventado outro problema e eu pagar caro numa coisa que simplesmente foi uma simples tomada desencachada .
Super indico a oficina , pena que e longe de onde eu moro mais fica aqui meu agradecimento pela honestidade que deus abençoe .Que Deus, em sua infinita bondade, lhe dê tudo de bom que você merece. Que você tenha muita alegria, paz, saúde e felicidade. Parabéns!

I had a problem in my car, where the car turned on the electronic injection light and lost power.
thank goodness it went well against the workshop.
I was well received and soon attended, when the mechanic went to check the problem it was just a loose plug next to the TBI, and then it was repaired and the service was not charged.
I thought the attitude of the workshop was very honest, as they could have invented another problem and I had to pay dearly for something that was simply a simple shot.
I recommend the workshop, too bad and far from where I live, here is my thanks for the honesty that God blesses. May God, in his infinite goodness, give you all the good that you deserve. May you have much joy, peace, health and happiness. Congratulations!
