★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível, a loja funciona até às 18h. Entrei em contato para perguntar se ainda entregava uma vez devido ao trabalho perdi o horário da loja que sempre compro. Me informaram ironicamente que no sábado entrega só até às 12h como se fosse uma obrigação saber.
Entrei na loja às 17:46, a partir daí as funcionárias fizeram aposta pra saber se era eu a cliente que ligou. "Se sair com sacola é sim". E passaram a gritar do caixa "faltam 5 pras 18h. Fecha às 18h!! Quero ver se assim não vc vai."
As tentativas de auxílio, em vão. Respostas vagas e sem interesse. Não fizeram questão de esconder que não queriam me atender. No fim, pedi minha sacola e a atendente nem se quer terminou de me atender já olhou pra outra pra comemorar que ganhou a aposta. "É tão bom estar certa. Tão bom receber". Pra vocês meu dinheiro pode até não ter valor, mas tenho certeza que o seu empregador discorda.
Não indico. E graças a Deus me pegaram num dia de muito equilíbrio.
Terrible service, the store is open until 6pm. I got in touch to ask if it still delivered once due to work I missed the store hours I always buy. Ironically, they informed me that on Saturdays they only deliver until 12:00, as if it were a must to know.
I entered the store at 5:46 pm, from then on the employees made a bet to find out if I was the customer who called. "If you go out with a bag, yes." And they started yelling at the cashier "5 to 6 pm. It closes at 6 pm!! I want to see if you go like that."
Attempts to help, in vain. Vague and uninteresting answers. They didn't make a point of hiding that they didn't want to meet me. In the end, I asked for my bag and the attendant didn't even finish answering me, she already looked at another one to celebrate that she won the bet. "It feels so good to be right. So good to receive." My money may not be worth it to you, but I'm sure your employer disagrees.
I do not indicate. And thank God they caught me on a very balanced day.
