★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento já paguei R$ 6.000,00 a empresa e toda hora que eles me devolvem o carro aparece um defeito diferente.
Entrei com o carro com um barulho. O carro saiu sem o barulho mas com o freio super pesado. Quando no teste fui falar o Sr. Sandro informou que a Ecosport tem um freio realmente duro. Após sair da concessionaria quase bati com o carro pois era impossivel o mesmo funcionar. Depois de um tempo levei a empresa pra eles analisarem, aí veio a noticia que o Hidrovaco do carro estava ruim, o estranho é que ele ficou ruim enquanto o carro estava parado no concerto. De qualquer forma paguei um novo Hidrovacuo e quando retirei meu carro o Gas estava desconectado, levei novamente e informaram que o problema seria da instalação do gas. Depois de muita discussão retirei o carro e pra minha surpresa novamente quase colidi com o carro pois o freio travou e o carro não freiou. Liguei agora pra empresa e novamente o Sandro atendeu e disse pra eu levar o carro.
DIGO E REPITO MILHÕES DE VEZES, NÃO RECOMENDO A EMPRESA PRA NINGUÉM, POIS QUANDO DISSE AS MINHAS INSATISFAÇÕES O SENHOR SANDRO ALEGOU QUE O PROBLEMA SERIA COMIGO POIS 100% DOS CLIENTES QUE ELES ATENDEM FICAM SUPER SATISFEITOS E QUE A EMPRESA RECEBE 3000 CARROS POR MÊS. DEVE SER COMIGO MESMO. AFF

I got in the car with a noise. The car left without the noise but with the super heavy brake. When I went to test, Mr. Sandro said that Ecosport has a really hard brake. After leaving the dealership I almost crashed the car because it was impossible to work. After a while I took the company for them to analyze, then came the news that the car's Hydrovaco was bad, the strange thing is that it got bad while the car was stopped at the concert. Anyway I paid for a new Hidrovacuo and when I removed my car the Gas was disconnected, I took it again and they informed me that the problem would be with the gas installation. After much discussion I removed the car and to my surprise again I almost collided with the car because the brake has braked and the car has not braked. I called the company now and again Sandro answered and told me to take the car.
I SAY AND REPEAT MILLIONS OF TIMES, DO NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE, BECAUSE WHEN HE SAID MY DISSATISFACTIONS, SANDRO ALLEGED THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE WITH ME BECAUSE 100% OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ATTEND ARE SUPER SATISFIED AND THAT THE COMPANY RECEIVES 3000 BUSINESSES. YOU MUST BE WITH ME. AFF

de entrega. Oferecem o serviço de buscar e entregar o carro, mas na entrega do mesmo , houve uma resistência. Ate mandaram eu pegar um Uber para buscar o carro. Solicitei a indicação de um tratamento para a retirada de manchas causadas pelas fezes de pássaros . Me indicaram o polimento com um tratamento cristalizado , além da pintura do caput, pois este estava bem marcado. Na entrega, não notei nenhuma diferença !!!!! Nenhuma melhora nas manchas!!!! Questionei o serviço e me falaram que as manchas não sairiam!!!! Que o serviço ( polimento e cristalização) tinha como objetivo dar brilho no carro!!!! Nunca foi minha intenção melhorar o brilho do carro!!! Deixei bem claro que o meu objetivo era minimizar as manchas!!!!! Para mim, não havia nada de errado no brilho do carro!!!!!! Além dessa decepção, vi que dois objetos meus haviam sido roubados! Não houve nenhum pedido de desculpas em relação ao atraso nem ao roubo!!! E ainda insistiram que nunca me prometeram a retirada das manchas!!! Me sinto enganada e lesada!!!! Registrei o fato na seguradora!

It was never my intention to improve the car's brightness !!! I made it very clear that my goal was to minimize stains !!!!! For me, there was nothing wrong with the car's shine !!!!!! In addition to this disappointment, I saw that two of my objects had been stolen! There was no apology regarding the delay or theft !!! And they still insisted that they never promised me to remove the stains !!! I feel cheated and injured !!!! I registered the fact with the insurance company!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP !!!!

O atendimento é sensacional, de todos os profissionais. A única dica: Sempre compre as peças por fora, isso em qualquer mecânica, pois economizará bem mais ... por conta do Markup que colocam sobre o custo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como posso resumir a MD realmente uma oficina voltada para a satisfação do cliente são honestos no preço na qualidade do serviço pois já passei por várias oficinas de pintura e funilaria de muito nome e péssima qualidade vou dar um triste exemplo a HAYASA desculpe fico triste pelas pessoas que tiveram assim como eu algum serviço feito nesta concessionária Honda ao contrário da HAYASA a MD e excelência em matéria de qualidade e quando cometem algum erro prontamente refazem o serviço até o cliente exigente assim como eu ficar satisfeito outra coisa os preços é justo e só procurar o Sandro ......... How can I summarize MD really a workshop geared towards customer satisfaction? Are they honest in price in quality of service because I have already gone through several painting and body shops with a lot of name and terrible quality. I will set a sad example for HAYASA sorry I am sad for people who had, like me, some service done at this Honda dealership, unlike HAYASA MD and excellence in quality and when they make a mistake they promptly redo the service to the demanding customer as well as I am satisfied, the prices are fair and just look for Sandro .........
