★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica tem uma estrutura física regular, porém fui a uma consulta com oftalmo (oculista), e na sala para ser feito o atendimento (o exame) tem muitos pacientes e com acompanhantes no mesmo espaço. Em nenhum momento o oftalmologista lava as mãos ou pelo menos passa álcool gel para limpeza das mãos após examinar cada paciente e também não foi feito limpeza em nenhum equipamento após uso, para daí fazer nova avaliação do próximo da vez. Pedi para ele fazer limpeza das mãos antes de me avaliar e foi muito grosseiro em sua atitude e persistiu em não fazer lavagem das mãos, como se fosse certo tocar em muitos pacientes sem lavar as mãos. Princípio básico e fundamental para qualquer profissional de saúde na prevenção de infecção. MUITO DECEPCIONADA COM ATENDIMENTO DESTE PROFISSIONAL!!
 The clinic has a regular physical structure, but I went to an appointment with an ophthalmologist (optician), and in the room for the care (the exam) there are many patients and companions in the same space. At no time does the ophthalmologist wash their hands or at least apply alcohol gel to clean their hands after examining each patient, and no cleaning was done on any equipment after use, so that they can perform a new evaluation for the next time. I asked him to clean his hands before evaluating me and he was very rude in his attitude and persisted in not washing his hands, as if it was okay to touch many patients without washing their hands. Basic and fundamental principle for any healthcare professional in the prevention of infection. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM THIS PROFESSIONAL!!
