★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência da minha família não foi muito agradável, mas começamos sendo muito bem atendidos pelo garçom Robson, pedimos nachos que por ser minha primeira vez , eu gostei muito, super apimentado pra mim que não sou fã de pimenta, mas adorei experimentar, depois cada um foi fazendo pedidos em duplas, eu, minha mamis e nora e nossa amiga pedimos tacos, achei gostoso mas nada surpreendente, mas apimentado como o resto, meu filho e seu amigo pediram costelinhas ao molho barbecue, quando estavam comendo o queijo que vem acompanhado, acharam um cabelo dentro, mostramos pro garçom e pediram pra cancelar o prato e pediram tacos, continuamos com outras comidas e bebendo, no final a conta deu 400, daí vimos que a costelinha tinha sido cobrada, fizemos a reclamação, todos os funcionários e o gerente que é tb o cozinheiro do sanduíche artesanal que fica na frente do restaurante, disseram que a culpa não era deles pelo queijo ter vindo com cabelo, sendo assim saímos do estabelecimento super chateados por ter que pagar por um prato que não foi terminado e ainda por cima com cabelo e com o gerente dizendo que não poderia ter prejuízo, e pela situação que não foi resolvida com educação, ele não soube nós tratar bem então quem saiu perdendo foi o garçom, pq tiramos os seus 40,00 dos 10%.
My family's experience was not very pleasant, but we started being very well served by the waiter Robson, we ordered nachos that because it was my first time, I really liked it, super spicy for me, I'm not a fan of pepper, but I loved trying it, after each one was ordering in pairs, me, my mom and daughter-in-law and our friend ordered tacos, I found it tasty but not surprising, but peppery like the rest, my son and his friend ordered ribs with barbecue sauce, when they were eating the cheese that comes with them , they found a hair inside, we showed it to the waiter and asked to cancel the dish and asked for tacos, we continued with other foods and drinking, in the end the bill was 400, then we saw that the rib had been charged, we made the complaint, all the employees and the manager who is also the cook of the artisanal sandwich in front of the restaurant, they said it wasn't their fault that the cheese came with hair, so we left the super-chic establishment. fired by having to pay for a dish that wasn't finished and on top of that with hair and with the manager saying that there could be no loss, and because of the situation that was not resolved politely, he didn't know how to treat us well, so whoever lost the waiter, because we take your 40.00 of the 10%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é sempre calmo e agradável, a comida tem preço acessível e não é lá muito apimentada (eu sou uma pessoa que odeia pimenta, então confie em mim). Acho que a qualidade do doce deu uma caída, desde que fui pela primeira vez em 2015, mas segue sendo bem gostoso. O sorvete poderia ser servido de outra maneira, acho que a apresentação do mesmo não fica boa tal qual é posta. Em termos de bebida, todos meus amigos aprovaram (eu era o motorista), a única reclamação foi que uma delas estava álcool puro, ou seja, tava boa.
The atmosphere is always calm and pleasant, the food is affordable and not too spicy (I'm a person who hates pepper, so trust me). I think the quality of the candy has dropped since I first went in 2015, but it is still very tasty. The ice cream could be served in another way, I think the presentation is not as good as it is put. In terms of drinking, all my friends approved (I was the driver), the only complaint was that one of them was pure alcohol, that is, it was good.
