★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta transparência para o prazo de entrega dos materiais. Simpáticos no momento de fechar a venda, mas nenhum um pouco no pós venda. O Pedido foi fechado dia 19 de agosto (tenho ele impresso para comprovar). Foi informado que iria dia 05 ou de setembro, e caso não fosse, seria até o dia 10. Eu tentei excluir no dia 22 alguns itens justamente por causa do prazo e foi informado que não poderia mais. Continuo insatisfeita com o atendimento.
Lack of transparency for the delivery time of materials. Friendly at the time of closing the sale, but not at all after sales. The Order was closed on August 19th (I have it printed to prove it). It was informed that it would go on the 5th or September, and if it was not, it would be until the 10th. I tried to delete some items on the 22nd just because of the deadline and was informed that it could not. I am still dissatisfied with the service.
