★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi filé de frango, o valor cobrado foi de filé mas ao abrir a embalagem era peito de frango inteiro. DIFÍCIL confundir peito inteiro com filé, pesar e cobrar como se fosse file. Sempre errando para o açougue.
 Ordered chicken fillet, the amount charged was fillet but upon opening the package was whole chicken breast. Difficult to confuse whole breast with fillet, weigh and charge as if it were file. Always wrong for the butcher shop.

, o que me salvou foi o gerente Valdeir mais a partir de hj não compro mais nesse lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, foi falado que meu pedido estava a caminho, no final do dia nada entregue, gerente que nada fez alem de falar que nao sabe o que aconteceu e desligar o telefone e tirar do gancho. Fora as vezes que mandaram carne com valor na nota acima do valor do kg prometido.

Gostaria só de deixar uma observação para demarcarem o espaço da fila. Digo isso porque hoje uma moça tentou furar a fila e entrar na minha frente.
Eu, que já estava aguardando há um tempo, mostrei educadamente o final da fila (ela já havia me visto). A moça, na intenção de passar batido, alegou que frequenta o lugar há 20 anos, e a fila sempre esteve ali (no meio do açougue!).
Claro que não discuti, mas também não deixei passar na minha frente. Até porque o açougue não deve ter nem 15 anos naquele endereço.
Para evitar esse tipo de situação, delimitem o espaço do caixa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Comprei dois quilos de contra fila tive que jogar a carne fora porque estava verde e muita feia, fui lá hoje 08/02/22 fazer reclamação com gerente ou era responsável pela loja, demorei ser atendido, funcionário mal despreparado com atendimento ao cliente.
ACHO QUE OS DONOS DEVERIA TÁ MAIS ATENDENDO, PORQUE NUMA PRÓXIMO CHAMO A VIGILÂNCIA SANITÁRIA, POLÍCIA O DIA A 4 QUEM SABE ASSIM VOCÊS NÃO APRENDE NÃO VENDER CARNE VELHA MAIS.
