Comprei o apartamento inteiro com eles. Também indicaram o instalador das luminárias, que foi excelente também.
Umas das luminárias veio com defeito, na mesma hora, o instalador foi até a loja fazer a troca e instalou uma sem alterações.
Comprei um lustre grande, de vidro espelhado com a cor próxima a dourado.
Como estava em fase de final de obras no imóvel, conferi se estava inteiro e funcionando normalmente e encapamos novamente com o isopor e plástico que veio da loja. Não olhei cada milímetro do vidro, somente conferi se não havia nenhum dano grande.
Após aproximadamente 2 semanas, eu e meu noivo desencapamos o lustre e notamos que estava com falha na pintura vidro. Meu noivo entrou em contato e passou as fotos. Ficaram de retornar para falar sobre a possível troca do produto, porém até hoje não retornaram.
Eis que, muitos meses após, eu quebrei esse mesmo vidro. No mesmo dia, entrei em contato com a loja pra saber a possibilidade de substituir essa parte do lustre. Sabiam quem nós éramos, e qual lustre era, nesta conversa, havia até me esquecido da solicitação de troca que havia feito há meses.
Ficaram de retornar e mais um vez, NADA!

Não é um a loja barata. Sem duvidas o atendimento pós venda não está compatível com o preço pago nos produtos. É realmente triste notar a diferença no atendimento na hora de vender e na hora de prestar atendimento pós venda.
Huge store with a wide range of products. All beautiful and good service, including many tips on how to do the lighting of the environment. I really enjoyed it and would recommend with my eyes closed, UNTIL I need attention with after sales issues.
I bought the whole apartment with them. Also indicated the installer of the luminaires, which was excellent as well.
One of the luminaires came defective, at the same time, the installer went to the store to make the change and installed one without changes.
I bought a large chandelier of mirrored glass the color of gold.
As I was about to finish the building, I checked to see if it was whole and working normally and we covered again with the Styrofoam and plastic that came from the store. I didn't look at every inch of the glass, just checked to see if there was any major damage.
After about 2 weeks, my fiance and I stripped the chandelier and noticed that it was failing to paint glass. My fiance got in touch and passed the photos. They returned to talk about the possible exchange of the product, but until today have not returned.
Behold, many months later, I broke that same glass. On the same day, I contacted the store about the possibility of replacing this part of the chandelier. They knew who we were, and what a chandelier he was, in this conversation, I had even forgotten the exchange request I had made months ago.
They have returned and once again, NOTHING!

Not a cheap store. Undoubtedly the after sales service is not compatible with the price paid on the products. It is really sad to notice the difference in service when selling and when providing after sales service.

Cheguei até a empresa através de um profissional a quem só tenho elogios a fazer. Infelizmente não tive a mesma experiência dele com esta empresa, por falta de clareza e objetividade do vendedor estou sendo prejudicado com um valor que para mim é expressivo. Quase toda iluminação (Led) foi comprada, mas a fita de led segundo eles não é bivolt como todo restante do material, por conta de falha na comunicação a garantia deste item foi rejeitada. Numa rápida pesquisa pude notar que encontrava os itens bem mais em conta em lojas e Internet, mas mesmo assim preferi seguir a indicação, acreditava que não me arrependeria, por fim, me enganei !

In a quick search I could notice that I found the items much cheaper in stores and on the Internet, but even so I preferred to follow the indication, I believed I wouldn't regret it, finally, I was wrong!
