★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento que deixa muito a desejar. Os vendedores fazem o que pode, atendem dentro do possível . Mas minha queixa maior é com parte administrativa, caixa, escritório, sem falar no atendimento por telefone, pessoas grossas, sem educação, as quais não fazem questão nenhuma em atender o cliente. Não recomento. O conjunto João Alves já bem necessitado de comercio nesse seguimento de construção, e os moradores ainda terem que contar com esse tipo de loja. Horrível.
Service that leaves much to be desired. Salespeople do what they can, serve as much as possible. But my biggest complaint is with the administrative part, the cashier, the office, not to mention the telephone service, thick people, uneducated, who have no issue in serving the customer. I don't recommend it. The João Alves group already needs a lot of trade in this construction segment, and the residents still have to rely on this type of store. Horrible.

q entregariam na proxima terca com uma semana depois. Chegou a data esperei i nada ai liguei umas 50 vezes ninguem nem atendia esperei ate uh proximo dia i nada de novo. Ai amanha eh feriado de corpos crist acho q nao abre a loja. Vou ter que sair de casa pagar mais passagem de onibus i ir la reclamar si vinherem trazer na sexta eu aceito si nao vinherem vou pegar meus quaze 800 reais de volta. Um discazo empreza sem compromisso nenhum com uh cliente. Nenhum. Pessimo servico horrível de baixa qualidade mesmo. Ultima vez q compro la. Agora tou com minha obra parada por causa deles eu precisando adiantar mi ha obra. Nao indico pra ninguem uh servico dessa empresa
Pessima.primeira experience last time I buy it. I bought almost 800 reais of material in a third fair
q would deliver next week with a week later. The date arrived i waited i nothing there i called 50 times no one nor answered i waited until uh the next day i nothing new. Then tomorrow is a holiday for Christian bodies, I think the store will not open. I will have to leave the house to pay for more bus fare I will go there to complain if they come here on Friday I accept if they do not come I will get my quiz 800 reais back. A discourse undertakes without any commitment to a customer. None. Horrible, horrible low quality service. Last time I buy it. Now I have my work stopped because of them, I need to advance my work. I do not recommend to anyone uh service from this company
