Cheguei e nem sabiam quem eu era e que não faziam o serviço. Depois levaram meu carro pra uma 'mecânica parceira'.
Não vi o serviço e nem sei se foi feito, na verdade.
No dia seguinte ao serviço, fui viajar e notei que o carro continuava pendendo para a esquerda.
RESUMO: se realmente fizeram o serviço, fizeram mal feito.
I called to schedule a balance and alignment of the tires the week after the call.
I arrived and they didn't even know who I was and they didn't do the job. Then they took my car to a 'partner mechanic'.
I didn't see the service and I don't even know if it was done, actually.
The day after the service, I went away for a trip and noticed that the car was still leaning to the left.
SUMMARY: if they really did the job, they did it badly.
