Pedi indicações de mecânicos na região que fossem honestos e me indicaram a FORCAR.
Fui muito bem atendido pelo Fábio e sua equipe e senti confiança já logo no primeiro contato.
O diagnóstico do problema foi bem grave e houve necessidade de fazer a retífica do cabeçote, e para isso o carro permaneceu na oficina por alguns dias. Sendo assim, voltei para minha cidade (350km) e fomos tratando tudo via Whatsapp.
O Fábio foi o mais transparente possível, me mantendo informado de tudo e sempre que possível enviando fotos e vídeos explicando o que ocorreu em cada etapa do processo de conserto.
Serviço pronto, rodei os 350km de volta para casa e nenhum problema ocorreu.
O valor de mão-de-obra, peças, tempo de serviço e tempo de garantia, considerei justos e de acordo com os valores e prazos praticados aqui na minha cidade.
Bom, espero que se alguém ainda tiver dúvidas do profissionalismo, honestidade, tempo de serviço e valores cobrados pela oficina, e precise fazer algum serviço mecânico, assim como me indicaram, faço a mesma indicação: FORCAR.
I'm from Mogi das Cruzes-SP and I go to Jaú very often on business. Unfortunately on my last trip, the engine overheated and the car stopped on the road.
I asked for referrals from mechanics in the region who were honest and they referred me to FORCAR.
I was very well attended by Fábio and his team and I felt confident right from the first contact.
The diagnosis of the problem was very serious and there was a need to rework the head, and for that the car remained in the workshop for a few days. So, I went back to my city (350km) and we were dealing with everything via Whatsapp.
Fábio was as transparent as possible, keeping me informed of everything and whenever possible sending photos and videos explaining what happened at each stage of the repair process.
Service ready, I drove the 350km back home and no problem occurred.
The value of labor, parts, service time and warranty time, I considered fair and in accordance with the values and deadlines practiced here in my city.
Well, I hope that if anyone still has doubts about professionalism, honesty, service time and amounts charged by the workshop, and needs to do some mechanical service, as they told me, I make the same indication: FORCAR.
