★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro apresentou um problema na ventuinha e com isso não funcionava o ventilador e nem o ar-condicionado. Me dirigi até esta oficina e fui muito bem recepcionado, deixei o meu veículo e fui embora ciente de que o acesso a ventoinha seria complicado pois teria que desmontar o painel, comprar uma nova ventuinha, colocar novamente gás do ar condicionado e a mão de obra que ficaria por volta de 700 reais. No dia seguinte recebi o contato do administrador dizendo que eu tive sorte e que não precisaria desmontar nada e que o problema era um fio desencapado e que o valor do concerto seria de apenas 150 reais. Se eles tivessem me cobrado como combinado (700 reais) teria pago e jamais saberia da verdade. Com isso tiro a conclusão que ainda há esperança para o ser humano e que ainda existe profissional honesto no mercado. Obrigado Mecânica Nakacima.
My car had a problem with the fan and the fan and air conditioning did not work. I went to this workshop and I was very well received, I left my vehicle and left knowing that access to the fan would be complicated because I would have to dismantle the panel, buy a new fan, put gas in the air conditioning and labor again that would be around 700 reais. The next day I received the contact from the administrator saying that I was lucky and that I would not need to dismantle anything and that the problem was a bare wire and that the value of the concert would be only 150 reais. If they had charged me as agreed (700 reais) I would have paid and would never have known the truth.
