No dia 17/12/18 meu pai deixou meu carro para orçamento onde foi passado o valor de 700,00 a 800,00 e o carro ficaria arrumado no fim do dia. No início da tarde o mecânico entrou em contato com o meu pai, dizendo q havia identificado outros problemas e o valor mudaria para 1100,00, entrou em contato novamente mudando para 1500,00 e que o carro ficar consertado no dia 19/12/18. O carro ficou pronto no dia 20/12/18 e retirei o veículo hoje dia 22/12/18 (Por motivos pessoais). Mas quando cheguei lá hoje o valor cobrado mudou para 1792,00 reais. Meu pai havia pago 800,00 em dinheiro de entrada.
A abordagem já foi deselegante , o Sr Ney me perguntou se não teria como me dar uma algum em dinheiro. Antes mesmo de me passar o valor total do serviço. Ao questionar o aumento, ele disse q identificou novas peças danificadas e fez de coração, pois estava se preocupando com o cliente . Escuta, Quem faz de coração não cobra e nem usa de desculpas. ?
Na minha opinião o mínimo do prestador de serviço é comunicar a cada acréscimo.
Desculpe , mas a minha conclusão foi q: "Já q a besta está aceitando todos os orçamentos, Posso acrescentar ainda mais."
Ainda fiz orçamentos das peças q ele disse q trocou e a diferença de valor de algumas peças são exorbitantes.
Mas enfim, só torço para q o carro não dê novos problemas por enquanto.
E q meu desabafo sirva para q colegas da região não passem pelo q passei.
